摘 要
目前,企业间的竞争十分激烈,为改进产品质量、提高管理效率、增加市场竞争力,
在现代企业管理中采用行之有效的质量管理体系就成为实现企业可持续发展的重要途径。

但从现阶段来看,部分企业虽然通过了质量管理体系认证,建立了质量管理体系,但这些
企业因为在体系设计和建立时未结合自身特点,以及管理执行力不足等问题导致质量管理
体系实施的有效性不足,并没有提高企业的质量管理体系运行效率。因此,对影响企业质
量管理体系运行效率的因素进行深入研究就具有较强的现实意义。

本文通过分析国内外大量相关文献,并在结合阳信县龙福公司质量管理体系运行情况
与效果的基础上,对质量管理体系进行了详细研究,该研究对企业质量管理体系的有效运
行具有一定的指导意义。同时,本文对 4R 理论和激励手段对质量管理体系的影响进行了
较深层次的分析。通过研究分析,得到了以下结论:
1、质量管理体系具有符合性、唯一性、系统性等特性,因此,在具体的应用过程中
针对管理体系中不符合企业的现实情况,就需要根据企业自身实际进行相应的调整,及时
完善企业的质量管理体系。

2、随着时代的进步、科技的发展、网络工具的广泛应用,阳信县龙福公司应积极应
用现代的网络技术和先进的管理方法,与时俱进、更新思路,不断提出更有效的方法,在
质量管理执行力和激励手段方面加大力度,从而在根本上保障质量管理体系更好的运行。

3、4R 理论和激励因素是影响质量管理体系运行的“重要的 20%”,提高这两个关键
因素的效率,可以有效带动整体效率的全面提升。

4、任何事物都有它的两面性,4R 执行力和激励手段也是如此。单一的加强执行力或
强化激励措施都不足以有效的提高质量管理的运行效率。只有两者有机结合,才能取长补
短、优势互补、相辅相成,使质量管理体系发挥出最佳的效能。

Abstract
At present the competition among enterprises is very intense. In order to improve the
product quality, the efficiency of management and market competitiveness, the employment of
an effective quality management system in modern business administration is an important way
for realizing sustainable development of the enterprise. From the view of the present stage,
although some enterprises have already passed the quality management system certification and
established a management system, but the system did not correlate with characteristics of the
enterprise. Besides, lack of executive ability led to insufficient effectiveness of the quality
management system. Thus the effectiveness of the quality management system did not improve
as a result of these problems. Therefore, studies on factors affecting efficiency of the quality
management system are of great practical significance.
By analysis of the related literatures, and combined with operation results of the quality
management system of yangxin lonfu company, the quality management system were studied in
detail. The study had an instructional significance on the effectiveness of the quality
management system. Besides, the 4R theory and influences of the motivation methods were also
analyzed in detail. Through the research and analysis, the paper has the following conclusions:
1.Quality management system had the characteristics of conformity, uniqueness, systematic.
Therefore, dependent on the reality of the enterprise, adjustment and improvement of the system
is required during the specific application process.
2.With the progress of the times, the development of science and technology, and wide
application of network tools, the company should adopt modern network technology and
advanced management methods, advancing with the times, update ideas, continuously put
forward more effective method, and intensify efforts on implementation and motivation, to
fundamentally guarantee better operation of the quality management system.
3.4R theory and motivation factors are the important 20% influencing the operation of the
quality management system. The overall effectiveness will be greatly promoted by improving the
efficiency of the two key factors,
