ABSTRACT
Training and development is the activity center in the human resources management. The
management training and the education of learning-pattern enterprise has become a long-term
mechanism. Scientific assessment of the training result is very important, inclusive of learning
the effect of the training investment on the organization and defining the training contribution
made by the staff. The biggest problem that electric power enterprises are facing in the
training is that they can not guarantee the limited training inputs can produce the ideal training
effect, as it is difficult to assess the effectiveness of training. This paper is mainly about the
theory and methods and the research on the enterprises effectiveness of training in and
research methods as the starting point. At the same time we proposed the mechanism for
assessing the effectiveness of training for electric power enterprises and the evaluation of
training in the practice problems and corresponding strategies proposed for the construction of
a new corporate training evaluation mechanisms for the systematic and scientific the concept
of guidance.
