本文运用现代化项目进度管理理论,结合内蒙古西乌旗2*150MW热电联产机组新
建工程运行实践,探讨了项目进度管理体系的组建和处理工程中出现的问题,从保证
工程的质量,降低工程的造价和掌握工程的进度是电力工程建设的三方面,论述了如
何运用先进理念对工程中的质量、造价、进度等进行优化。通过这次理论结合实际的
研究,进一步丰富火电项目管理的研究,并对以后的工程建设具有重要的意义。

Abstract
At present, China's economic development is rapid, and promoted the rapid growth of
electric power construction. Electric power project belongs to the capital and technology intensive
industries, the construction period of the power project is only 2-3 years, if it spend a lot of money and
do not produce significant economic benefits, the enterprise will be gained greatly cumber, and hide a
bigger risk in the future. Therefore, there will be great significance making a good job in
electric power construction engineering project management.
This paper uses modern project management theory, combined with Inner Mongolia Xi
Wu Qi 2 * 150 mw cogeneration plant new construction operation practice, this paper has
discussed the project progress management system's creation and processing engineering
problems, from ensuring engineering quality and reduce the project cost and master the
progress of the projects is the electric power engineering construction three aspects, this
paper discusses how to use the advanced idea to the project quality, cost, progress of
optimization. Through the study of combining theory with practice, further enrich thermal
power project management research, and to the rest of the project construction has the
important meaning.
