本文釆用案例研究方法,以波特的竞争战略理论为主要依据,采用五力模型
分析法、价值链分析法以及PEST方法和SWOT分析法,对联想集团面临的外部
宏观环境和电脑行业环境分析,结合对联想集团内部环境的分析,联想集团有着
一定的优势,但同时也面临着机遇和威胁。面对全球经济复苏和新兴经济体的快
速发展以及移动互联网的崛起,联想集团应当推出有竞争力的产品。本文提出的
联想集团的竞争战略为差异化战略,并有针对性的提出了战略实施的方案。
本论文的创新之处:创新的提出的联想矩阵,针对新的产业或新的产品的开
发,来去创造差异化特征。
本文由于未能对全球市场调查了解全面,只能基于权威统计数据,在论证竞
争战略的选择上需要改进;同时本文未能直接得到联想集团的相关动态的数据,
在一定程度上影响竞争战略选择以及战略实施。在对竞争战略的具体控制上缺少
足够论证,因为竞争战略是一个动态的过程。

ABSTRACT
The global economic crisis happed in the 2008,start from subprime crisis in USA.
The global economic diffuse quickly,it do have one bad influence on many kind of
fields. Lenovo Group also get the serious impact.at the same time, the mobile internet
develop and grow up quickly,it generate new business way.
This study use Lenovo Group as the case, according to the theory of competitive
strategy from Michael Portertake many tools such as Michael Porter's Five Forces
Model, Michael Porter's Value Chain Model,PEST and SWOT. Take analysis of
external macro-environment and computer industrial circumstances for Lenovo
Group,together with internal environment analysis.as the result,LnovoGrouphave
some advanages,but face many opportunities and threats.LenovoeGroup should design
and launch the competitive products when the global economic are on the way of
recovery and the emerging economy grow up, the mobile internet grow up. the
competitive strategy of LenovoGroup should be Differentiation strategy as this study
conclusion,this study also figure out the solution for those strategy implementation.
The new point of this case study is to use Lenovo Matrix to generate new character
for implementing Differentiation.
The improvement of this case study should be taken as following;The data on the
marketshare isfrom the third authoritative research company,it is not from the actual
market survey, and the data from Lenovo website is quarterly basis. Instead of dynamic,
also the strategy is dynamic process, need take strict process control.
