factor analysis and so on were verified. Secondly, based on the analysis of SWOT-PEST model,
it is concluded that Z Bank, as a provincial legal person bank, has the advantages of good social
image and rich customer resources, andis currently in a period of good development
opportunities for green finance, but it is also facing the challenges of intensified industry
competition, unbalanced regional economic development and strong dependence on energy
consumption. Z Bank should adopt cautious ideas to guide it to carry out its growth green
financial development strategy. From the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the formulation
of short-and medium-and long-term strategic objectives, including green development tactical
strategy, key areas of support, their own green brand construction and other strategic contents.
Finally, based on the actual situation of Z bank, this paper puts forward the strategic safeguard
measures of green financial development, that is, perfecting the organizational structure, system
and performance evaluation of green finance, constructing the risk control mechanism of green
financial business, and strengthening the construction of green talent team, information system,
product innovation and service mode.
