摘要
随着我国经济的蓬勃发展,高质量的电能水平至关重要、不可或缺。供电企业
要履行社会责任、要发展壮大,就势必要主动迎接提高电能质量的挑战。六西格玛
是一种企业经营发展的战略,可以帮助企业在复杂变化的市场环境下获得竞争优势,
实现高质量发展。六西格玛关注客户的关键需求、聚焦企业经营战略的重点,并以
此为出发点不断在业绩上寻找突破机会;通过强化核心流程的运营能力,来加强企
业竞争优势,同时为顾客和企业创造更大的价值。本文使用六西格玛理论来解决X
供电公司的过电压问题。
在综述六西格玛理论的基础上,本文介绍了 X供电公司公变过电压管理现状。
基于问卷调查,分析了公变过电压管理存在的问题及其原因,论述了公司实施六西
格玛的可行性。进而确定以提高公用变压器首端电压合格率为研究目标,按照
DMAIC方法的 5个阶段作为主要步骤推进研究并进行定性和定量分析,选取了头脑
风暴、因果图、柏拉图等工具,确定了影响首端电压合格率的关键原因,并针对关
键原因采取了改进措施、制定了控制措施,经过一定周期的改进和控制达到了项目
预期目标,解决了 X供电公司过电压管理存在的问题,提高了公用变压器首端电压
合格率,进而提升了电能质量、满足了人民需求,为社会稳定作出了贡献,为地方
经济发展创造了效益。在开展六西格玛改进的同时, X供电公司的质量管理体系也
由上至下得到了更新和优化,管理层明确了有预见性的积极的质量控制策略,要逐
步由解决问题提升至质量创新,从质量管理的方向实现客户增值、企业创效。

Abstract
With the rapid development of China's economy, high quality electrical energy is
very important and indispensable. The power supply enterprises must rise to the challenge
of improving power quality to fulfill the social responsibilities and grow. Six Sigma is a
business strategyfor enterprises togain competitiveness andachieve high-quality
development under the complex and changing market circumstances. Six Sigma focuses
on finding breakthrough opportunities based on key customer requirements and business
strategy focus. By improving the operation ability of the core process, Six Sigma
strengthens the competitive advantage of the enterprise, creates greater value for clients
and enterprises at the same time. Six Sigma theory are used to solve the overvoltage
problem of X power supply Company in this dissertation.
On the basis of summarizing the Six Sigma theory, the dissertation introduces the
current situation of overvoltage management in the company. Based on the questionnaire
survey, thedissertation analyzesthe existencequestions andcauses ofcommon
transformer overvoltage management, and discusses the feasibility of implementing Six
Sigma in the company. The research goal is to improve the qualified rate of the voltage at
the head of the public transformer. And the DMAIC model is used as the main step to
advance the research and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis. Brainstorming,
causal diagram, Pareto and other tools are used to determine the key reasons affecting the
qualified rate of the voltage at the head end. Then the improvement measures and control
measures are taken for the key reasons. After a certain period of improvement and control,
the expected goal of the project has been achieved. The problems existing in the
over-voltage management of X Power Supply Company have been solved, and the
qualified rate of the voltage at the head end of the utility transformers has been improved.
In addition, it improves the power quality, meets the people's needs, contributes to social
stability and creates benefits for local economic development. During the implementation
of the project, the quality management system of X Power Supply Company has been
updated and optimized from top to bottom. The management has identified a proactive
