要
随着我国金融领域改革的不断推进,商业银行面临的经济形势复杂多变,比如资本
市场的不断发展和完善、国外资金不断涌入造成的压力、互联网资源对金融传统实业的
冲击等都造成了商业银行中传统的资产债务项目的收益快速缩减,商业银行的传统盈利
项目面临着极大的挑战。针对该困境,商业银行如何在激烈的市场环境下完成变革,实
现业务转型,需要不断拓展新的创新型业务。资产托管业务作为一种新兴的轻资本业务
进入我国的时间较短,但在短短二十多年间其规模和收入均不断攀升,托管业务凭借着
其业务特性成为银行间传统业务的沟通桥梁,受到了众多银行的青睐。XY银行在国内
资产托管行业的发展过程中也积累了丰富的经验,随着资产托管市场规模的扩大,各家
商业银行争夺该市场的竞争愈发激烈,XY银行在业务发展初期积累起来的优势已不能
满足当下金融环境的快速发展,亟需面对现实情况探索出适应市场环境的符合 XY银行
发展要求的竞争力优化战略。
本论文运用战略管理相关理论和市场竞争力分析方法,对 XY银行资产托管业务的
市场竞争力展开分析,并且利用 PEST、SWOT等战略分析工具建立 EFE矩阵和 IFE矩
阵对其竞争战略进行分析与选择,在选择差异化战略后对战略内容进行具体制定与实施,
包括树立差异化发展目标、构建差异化产品体系、推行差异化“托管+”战略、改善差异
化资产托管服务体系、建设风险差异化防范体系,并在此基础上开展如何保证战略保障
措施实施的探讨。本论文结合笔者所在 XY银行的资产托管业务工作经验提出的 XY银
行资产托管业务市场竞争力优化战略,对其他商业银行发展资产托管业务具有一定的借
鉴意义。

Abstract
With the continuous advancement of China's reform in the financial field, the economic
situation faced by commercial banks is complex and changeable, such as the continuous
development and improvement of the capital market, the pressure caused by the continuous
influx of foreign funds, the impact of Internet resources on traditional financial industries,
which have caused the rapid reduction of the income of traditional asset debt projects in
commercial banks, and the traditional profit projects of commercial banks are facing great
challenges. In view of this dilemma, commercial banks need to constantly expand new
innovativebusinessesinordertocompletethetransformationandrealizebusiness
transformation in the fierce market environment. As an emerging light capital business, asset
custody business has entered China for a short time, but its scale and income have been rising
in just over 20 years. With its business characteristics, asset custody business has become a
communication bridge between traditional businesses among banks and has been favored by
many banks. XY Bank has also accumulated rich experience in the development of domestic
asset custody industry. With the expansion of the scale of asset custody market, the competition
among commercial banks for the market is becoming more and more fierce. The advantages
accumulated by XY Bank in the early stage of business development can no longer meet the
rapid development of the current financial environment, It is urgent to face the reality and
explore the competitiveness optimization strategy that meets the development requirements of
XY Bank and adapts to the market environment.
This paper uses the relevant theories of strategic management and market competitiveness
analysis methods to analyze the market competitiveness of XY Bank's asset custody business,
and uses pest, SWOT and other strategic analysis tools to establish EFE matrix and IFE matrix
to analyze and select its competitive strategy. After selecting the differentiated strategy, this
paper makes specific formulation and implementation of the strategic content, including
establishing differentiated development objectives, building differentiated product system
Implement the differentiated "custody +" strategy, improve the differentiated asset custody
service system, and build a risk differentiation prevention system. On this basis, discuss how to
ensure the implementation of strategic safeguard measures. Combined with the working
experience of the asset custody business of XY bank where the author works, this paper puts
forward the strategy to optimize the market competitiveness of the asset custody business of
XY Bank, which has a certain reference significance for other commercial banks to develop the
