近年来,创业成为全球范围内经济发展和社会活动的新热点,创新成为企业可
持续发展的主要动力与源泉。在我国,创业已被上升到国家的战略层面上。“大众
创业,万众创新”作为国家战略得到持续推进,科技型新创企业作为经济发展中最
具创新活力和发展潜力的新兴力量受到广泛关注。但由于具有“新且小”的先天不
足,科技型新创企业的失败率较高。由此,怎样提高创新绩效成为科技型新创企业
需要应对的现实挑战。技术知识资源是科技型新创企业生存发展的重要载体。因此,
资源贫瘠成为科技型新创企业亟待解决的困难。而异质性网络为科技型新创企业
提供了生存及成长的可能性。同时,组织间知识共享能够有效改善科技型新创企业
资源匮乏的现状,进而提升科技型新创企业创新绩效。
本研究根据资源基础理论、开放式创新理论、“结构—行为—绩效”模型,以
科技型新创企业为研究对象,将组织间知识共享作为中介,探索网络异质性对科技
型新创企业创新绩效的影响机制。首先,通过文献梳理,界定了网络异质性、组织
间知识共享以及科技型新创企业创新绩效的内涵和维度,并深入探讨各变量的相
关研究,初步设想各变量间的联系。其次,在理论基础上,构建理论模型,提出研
究假设。然后,通过问卷预调研、正式调研,收集有效数据,展开数据分析,验证
假设。最后,深入分析研究结论,得出管理启示,明晰研究局限,进而提出未来展
望。
本研究结果显示网络异质性、组织间知识共享以及科技型新创企业创新绩效
三个变量之间均存在正向影响关系,组织间知识共享发挥了部分中介作用。本研究
拓展了网络异质性对科技型新创企业创新绩效影响的相关研究,具备理论和实践
意义。本研究从网络视角出发,探寻科技型新创企业创新绩效的形成机制,开辟了
科技型新创企业创新绩效新路径,为科技型新创企业创新绩效研究提供了新视角。

Abstract
In recent years, entrepreneurship has become a new hotspot of economic
development and social activities all over the world, and innovation has become the main
driving force and source of sustainable development of enterprises. In China,
entrepreneurship has been raised to the national strategic level. "Mass entrepreneurship
and innovation" has been continuously promoted as a national strategy. As an emerging
force with the most innovative vitality and development potential in economic
development, scientific and technological start-ups have attracted extensive attention.
However, due to the inherent deficiency of "new and small", the failure rate of science
and technology start-ups is high. Therefore, how to improve innovation performance has
become a practical challenge for science and technology start-ups. For science and
technology start-ups, technical knowledge resources have become an important carrier
for survival and development. Therefore, poor resources have become an urgent problem
for science and technology start-ups. Heterogeneous networks provide the possibility of
survival and growth for science and technology start-ups. At the same time, inter
organizational knowledge sharing can effectively improve the current situation of lack of
resources of scientific and technological start-ups, and then improve the innovation
performance of scientific and technological start-ups.
Based on resource-based theory, open innovation theory and "structure behavior
performance" model, this study takes scientific and technological start-ups as the research
object and takes Inter Organizational Knowledge Sharing as the intermediary to explore
the impact of network heterogeneity on the innovation performance of scientific and
technological start-ups. Firstly, through literature review, this paper defines the
connotation and dimensions of network heterogeneity, inter organizational knowledge
sharing and innovation performance of science and technology start-ups, deeply discusses
the relevant research of each variable, and preliminarily envisages the relationship
between each variable; Secondly, on the basis of theory, build a theoretical model and put
forward research hypotheses; Then, through pre investigation and formal investigation,
analyze the collected effective data and verify the hypothesis; Finally, in-depth analysis
of the research conclusions, draw practical enlightenment, clarify the research limitations,
and then put forward the future prospects.
The results of this study show that there is a positive relationship among the three
variables: network heterogeneity, inter organizational knowledge sharing and innovation
