摘 要
随着汽车行业的迅速发展,人车互动概念也随之兴起,对于中控台屏幕的
使用需求和性能要求越高,每时将数以万计的信息通过视觉途径传达给用户。
为了追求更佳的使用体验,在制造和生产显示屏工艺上品质要求越来越严苛。
本文中应用和研究的六西格玛质量管理理论,最终目标寻求“零缺陷”,是现代行
业尤其是制造行业持续不断向前进步的管理方向。六西格玛质量管理理论坚持
以客户为中心,对研究的有效数据进行分析,用匹配的工具方法来描述问题、
解决问题,对需要改进的生产流程进行优化,最终降低产品不良率,提升客户
的满意度。
本文以公司的TFT 液晶显示器设计制造的某款汽车中控台屏幕 C 产品的品
质提升项目为着力点,系统介绍六西格玛质量管理理论和相关工具,实践中运
用六西格玛质量管理中的DMAIC 模式(定义、测量、分析、改进、控制)以及
失效模式分析、试验设计方法、测量系统分析以及因果分析法等方式方法,使
用 Minitab 数据软件解决产品品质问题,结合 S 公司运行现状,深度分析推进六
西格玛质量管理过程存在的问题:缺乏系统性技能,品质意识缺乏,品质管理
执行不到位,评价绩效不明确,再从解决实际问题出发,围绕六西格玛管理理
论,提出了S 公司管理优化的策略:搭建员工管理技能体系,传承和发展企业文
化,优化六西格玛管理过程,调整员工激励和绩效管理。六西格玛质量管理优化
的推进是一项非常重要的管理工程,需要考虑产品中整个生命周期内所涉及到
的工艺流程,整个生产制造中全方面的质量管理。面对顾客品质要求、产品的
开发、设计、量产、售后实施等每个步骤都需要进行考量,以便于顺利的推进
六西格玛质量管理水平展开,为公司服务,需要建立项目管理匹配制度,构建
体系培训制度,建立奖励制度,建立六西格玛推行管理会,营造文化氛围等方
面的保障措施,以此保证开发出的优化方案能够成功施行。鉴此能对其他行业
在选择六西格玛管理进行的品质管理和质量优化中起到参考与借鉴的作用。

I Abstract
Abstract
With the rapid development of the automobile industry, the concept of human
vehicle interaction has also emerged. The higher the requirements for the use and
performance of the center console screen, the more information will be transmitted to
users through visual channels every time. In order to pursue a better use experience,
the requirements on the manufacturing and production process of display screen are
becoming more and more stringent. The six sigma quality management theory applied
and studied in this paper, the ultimate goal of which is to seek "zero defect", is the
management direction of the modern industry, especially the manufacturing industry,
which continues to move forward. The Six Sigma quality management theory adheres
to the customer-centric approach, analyzes the effective data studied, describes and
solves problems with matching tools and methods, optimizes the production process
to be improved, and ultimately reduces the rate of defective products and improves
customer satisfaction.
This paper focuses on the quality improvement project of a certain automobile
center console screen C product designed and manufactured by the company;s TFT
LCD display, systematically introduces the six sigma quality management theory and
related tools. The company uses the management methods of DMAIC mode
(definition, measurement, analysis, improvement, control) in six sigma quality
management, and uses failure mode analysis, test design method, measurement
system analysis, and causal analysis, Use Minitab data software to solve product
quality problems. In combination with the operation status of S Company, deeply
analyze the problems existing in the process of promoting Six Sigma quality
management: lack of systematic skills, lack of quality awareness, poor
implementation of quality management, and unclear evaluation performance. Then,
from the perspective of solving practical problems and focusing on Six Sigma
management theory, carry out the strategy of S Company;s management optimization:
build a staff management skills system, Inherit and develop the corporate culture,
