我国是传统农业大国，乡村振兴发展对解决“三农”问题，缩短城乡差距，
实现共同富裕具有重要作用。推动产业发展的重要因素是人，女性作为重要的
人力资源，对产业发展，经济增长具有重要的推动作用。在乡村振兴战略背景
下，提高女性人力资本积累，寻求参与乡村旅游开发的有效路径，实现增收致
富具有重要的现实意义。
论文以云南J县为例，在分析概述国内外学者关于乡村旅游发展模式、女
性人力资源开发、乡村旅游与女性人力资源开发等相关研究成果的基础上，从
乡村振兴的视角，基于人力资本理论、性别人力资本理论等理论基础，以云南J
县为研究对象，运用文献研究法、问卷调查法、案例分析法，从受访者的个人
和家庭情况、当地乡村旅游开发总体情况、女性参与乡村旅游经营情况、乡村
旅游开发对当地经济社会发展的影响、当地居民乡村旅游开发的满意度等方面，
对J县女性参与乡村旅游开发的现状进行了问卷调查和分析。通过问卷调查和
走访，较为深入地分析研究了J县女性参与乡村旅游开发的优势及存在的主要
困难和问题。
在深入调查和综合分析的基础上，提出了促进J县女性参与乡村旅游开发
的路径和对策：抓住J县全域旅游示范县机遇，充分发挥女性创业就业优势，
扶持完善“公司＋农户”、“农户+基地+专业合作社”、“当地政府+行业投资
公司+村民自治管委会”、“电商+”等六种有利于促进女性参与的乡村旅游开
发模式，推动J县乡村旅游业全面升级改造，完善保障J县女性参与乡村旅游
开发的制度保障体系。研究工作不仅对J县女性参与乡村旅游开发促进乡村振
兴具有一定的指导作用，而且对云南乃至全国同类乡村女性参与乡村旅游开发
也具有一定的借鉴作用和指导意义。

Abstract
The important factor to promote industrial development is people. As an important
human resource, women play an important role in promoting industrial development
and economic growth. In the context of Rural Revitalization Strategy, it is of great
practical significance to improve female human capital accumulation, seek effective
ways to participate in rural tourism development, and increase income and get rich.
This paper takes J County of Yunnan Province as the research object from the
perspective of Rural Revitalization, based on human capital theory and gender human
capital theory By means of questionnaire and case analysis, this paper investigates
and analyzes the current situation of female participation in rural tourism
development in J county from the aspects of the respondents' personal and family
situation, the overall situation of local rural tourism development, female
participation in rural tourism management, the impact of rural tourism development
on local economic and social development, and the satisfaction of local residents with
rural tourism development, A total of 120 questionnaires were distributed and 101
valid questionnaires were recovered. Through questionnaire survey and interview, this
paper deeply analyzes and studies the advantages, main difficulties and problems of
female participation in rural tourism development in J county.
On the basis of in-depth investigation and comprehensive analysis, this paper puts
forward the paths and Countermeasures to promote female participation in rural
tourism development in J County: seize the opportunities of J county's global tourism
demonstration county, give full play to female entrepreneurship and employment
advantages, support and improve "company + farmer", "industry cooperative +
