摘要
现场管理是生产现场优化的有效手段，同时其管理水平的高低也一定程度反映着企
业管理的水平。企业的发展，特别是生产制造型企业倘若要健康、持久发展，更是离不
开持续有效、不断完善的现场管理，倘若其生产的产品又属于低附加值属性，现场管理
甚至成为了此类企业增强同级竞争力、体现自身价值的唯一有效途径。如何将优秀的现
场管理理论与生产现场管理实践有机结合、渗透落实，探寻出更加适合传统性生产企业
生产现场管理优化发展的方法，是每个类似企业的管理者所不得不面对的问题。
在此种背景之下，本文通过对WX公司整芯阻燃带车间生产现场管理现状的研究，
采用理论研究、问卷调查、资料数理统计分析等方法，梳理分析出WX公司整芯阻燃带
车间存在着现场管理制度不健全、已有制度落实不到位、管理架构不合理、现场布置不
明晰等导致现场管理水平不佳的原因，依据现场管理相理论及落实方法进一步提出针对
性、可行性、有效性的优化方案和保障措施，以及运用新技术手段优化提升生产现场管
理水平的建议，从而确保有效、显著提升生产现场管理效果。
本文的研究结果对WX公司整芯阻燃带车间目前的生产现场管理现状优化提供了理
论依据和决策依据，提出了较为完善的优化方案与对策建议，也为同类型生产性企业生
产现场管理优化提升工作提供了可为之借鉴的经验方法。

Abstract
Site management is an effective means of production site optimization, and its level of
management to a certain extent reflects the enterprise's management level.The development of
enterprises, especially manufacturing enterprises if staying healthy and persistent
development, but also inseparable from the sustained and effective field management, and
constantly improve, if its products belong to the low value-added attributes, field management
and even become such enterprises to enhance competitiveness, the only effective way to
manifest its value at the same level.How excellent site management theory and production site
management practice organic combination, implementation, to find more suitable for
traditional production enterprise production site management optimization method of
development, is each enterprise managers have to face the similar problem.
Under such background, this article through to WX company whole core flame retardant belt
workshop production site management present situation of research, the theoretical research,
questionnaire survey, data statistics analysis, combing out WX company whole core flame
retardant belt workshop there site management system is not sound, the existing system has
not been unclear, the management structure is unreasonable, the scene arrangement such as
the cause of poor site management level, on the basis of field management phase theory and
implement method is further put forward the pertinence, feasibility and effectiveness of
optimization plan and safeguard measures, as well as the use of new technology is optimized
production site management level advice, to ensure the effective and significantly improve
production site management effect.

and decision-making basis, put forward the comparatively perfect optimization solutions and
countermeasures, also for the same type of productive enterprise production field
