摘
要
S公司主要从事乘用车轮胎,赛车轮胎以及航空轮胎的研发,生产与销售。S公司
的配套部主要负责为国内外汽车主机厂配套 S公司自有品牌的轮胎,同时,负责维护已
有客户的业务并扩大配套份额。随着 S公司不断发展壮大,其配套部同时面临着来自于
部门内部,跨部门之间的不同类型的冲突管理问题,这些冲突管理问题的存在,已经直
接影响到配套部日常工作的开展,同时,也阻碍了 S公司的正常发展。
S公司是一家较大规模的民营制造业企业。本文主要是为其配套部筛选出面临的冲
突管理问题,并对相关问题加以分析后给出对应的应对策略,最终帮助 S公司实现更好
的发展。另外,这对于身处同样困境的其它民营企业有一定的借鉴意义。
本文通过对 S公司及 S公司配套部基本情况进行介绍,以案例的形式对配套部存在
的不同类型的冲突管理问题——管理态度问题,管理方式问题以及管理模式问题进行了
具体的描述。理论部分围绕冲突、冲突成因、冲突管理原则以及冲突管理策略等相关理
论进行了研究。在冲突管理原则部分,着重研究了国内学者关于冲突管理原则的观点;
在冲突管理策略部分,着重研究了托马斯二维视角的冲突管理策略相关理论,这些研究
成果在分析本文案例以及提出应对策略的过程中起到了重要作用。综合运用冲突管理相
关理论,结合 S公司配套部冲突管理案例分别对不同类型的冲突管理问题进行了具体的
原因分析,总结归纳出配套部所面临的冲突为权责冲突、角色冲突以及价值观冲突三个
主要的冲突类别。根据冲突管理策略相关理论并结合 S公司的客观现状,分别为权责冲
突、角色冲突以及价值观冲突给出了对应的应对策略,同时,为了确保应对策略的顺利
实施,从人力资源保障、制度性保障、持续改善以及制度化建设四个方面制定了相应的
保障措施。最终达到帮 S公司配套部解决相关冲突的目的。

S公司配套部冲突管理案例研究
Case Study of Conflict Management of OE Department in S Company
Abstract
S company is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of
automobile tires, racing tires and aviation tires. The OE department of S company is mainly
responsible for supplying S company's own brand tires to domestic and foreign automobile
OEMs, at the same time, it is responsible for maintaining the business of existing customers
and expanding the share of supplying. However, with the development of S company, the OE
department is now facing critical conflict management problems both in its department and
cross departments. Due to the existing of all the conflict issues, the daily operating work in
OE department and the development of S company have already been directly affected。
S company is a large-scale private manufacturing enterprise. This thesis mainly screens
out the conflict management problems faced by its supporting department, analyzes the
related problems and gives corresponding countermeasures, and finally helps S company
achieve better development. In addition, this has certain reference significance for other
private enterprises in the same predicament.
This thesis describes the brief introduction about S company and its OE department. By
using the form of cases, it describes different types of conflict management problems existing
in the OE department which are management attitude problems, management style problems
and management mode problems, The theoretical part focuses on the relevant theories of
conflict, conflict causes, conflict management principles and conflict management strategies
and other related theories. In the part of conflict management principles, it focuses on the
opinions of some domestic scholars on the principles of conflict management; in the part of
conflict management strategies, it focuses on the relevant theories of conflict management
strategies from the two-dimensional perspective of Thomas. All the theories played an
important role in the process of analyzing the cases and offering solutions. And by using the
conflict management theories, it analyzes the causes of different types of conflict management
problems, there are three main forms: liability conflict, role conflict and value conflict;
according to the relevant theories of conflict management strategy and the objective status
quo of S company, corresponding solutions are provided for liability conflict, role conflict
and value conflict. At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the
solutions, corresponding safeguards from the four aspects of human resource, institutional,
continuous improvement and institutional construction have been formulated. Finally, it

provides corresponding solutions to help the OE department of S company solve related
conflict problems.
