伴随着全球一体化的趋势不断增加,我国也进入了由高速发展变为高质量发展的新
阶段,企业的使命也发生了重大的变化。采购作为供应链之中重要的一环,不仅直接影
响着公司产品的交货期、成本、质量及研发升级,还影响着公司的公司治理、供应链稳
定和整体战略等相关方面。T公司作为一家高速成长的大型高新技术产业,做好采购管
理的相关工作对公司的意义重大。
本课题主要的研究内容为 T公司采购管理的改进工作。本文基于采购管理的相关理
论并结合 T公司的实际情况,针对 T公司采购管理工作中出现的问题进行分析,然后提
出解决方案以及保障措施。
本文的研究过程:首先介绍了论文的选题背景、选题意义、国内外的研究现状及技
术路线,然后归纳了相关理论和文献。在此基础上,本文对 T公司的采购管理现状进行
了深入分析,包括 T公司的公司介绍,采购管理介绍等,并提出了公司采购管理面临的
主要问题。针对现存问题,提出相关的解决方案,包括供应商管理流程设计、采购流程
设计、采购物品的标准化设计以及采购预测与供应商库存优化设计。并且针对相关方案
设计了保障措施,为 T公司的采购管理改进措施的顺利实施做出相关保障。

Purchasing management improvement of T-company
Abstract
Along with the globalization tendency being shaped gradually, China changes its stage
from high-speed development to high-quality development, so the enterprise mission has a
massive change too. As an important part of the supply chain, purchase doesn’t only impact the
company product delivery, cost, quality and research directly, but also impact the company
governance, supply chain stability and overall strategy etc. As a big rapid-growing high-tech
enterprise, there is the great significance for T-company to do the well purchasing management.
The research contents of this thesis are related to purchasing management improvement
for T-company. It provides the solution plans with implementation guarantee to the problems
in T-company purchasing management after analyzing them by combining the purchasing
management relative theories with the actual status of T-company.
The research processes of this thesis: firstly, it introduces the research background,
significance, status and technical route. Then it summarizes the relevant theories and literatures.
On the basis of above, this thesis generates the main problems of T-company purchase
management through the deep analysis about the current status of purchasing management,
including the company introduction and purchasing management introduction etc. And it
further provides the relative solution plans to the current existing problems including the
designs of supplier management processes, purchasing processes, purchasing goods standard,
purchasing forecasts and supplier inventory improvement etc. Meanwhile it offers the
implementation guarantee as well to ensure the smooth execution of T-company purchasing
management improvement procedures.
