Abstract
output of Shaanxi Province during the 11 years from 2008 to 2019. The results show that
through horizontal analysis and comparison of national data, the level of technological
innovation and integration in Shaanxi Province in 2019 is at a high level, achieving effective
integration; but vertical comparison, there have also been low scale and efficiency in the 11
years. It also summarizes some of the problems that Shaanxi Province has encountered in the
process of promoting the integration of technology and finance. The specific manifestations are
as follows: the scale of financing is medium and low; R&D achievements and experience are
rich, but the conversion rate and utilization capacity of scientific and technological
achievements are not high. The ability of technology companies to open up the market is also
very poor. Finally, corresponding policy measures are proposed to help local governments
better strengthen financial support and policy guidance for technology-based enterprises, and
ultimately improve the input and output efficiency of technology finance in Shaanxi Province,
and promote the deep integration of technology and finance in the province.
