摘要
信息技术的快速发展,将供应链管理技术广泛应用到现代化企业管理中,
不仅使供应链整合成为了供应链管理的核心内容,而且供应链的整合也成为了
企业达到良好绩效、巩固优势、增强自身竞争力的强有力武器。然而,当前企
业如何参与并整合供应链,却成为了最大难题。
为深化相关问题研究,本文以 X公司为案例,依据供应链管理基础理论,
采用案例分析法、文献分析法、因素分析法、归纳演绎法对案例公司供应链资
源整合进行了深入研究。首先,从 X公司供应链管理状况入手,对公司当前现
状进行分析,找出面临的问题和原因;其次,识别问题因素,对 X公司供应链
资源整合存在的问题进行剖析,通过多种研究方法相结合,透视 X公司的供应
链资源整合的制约因素。最后,提出相应的改善措施,优化供应链状况,实现
利益最大化,提高企业竞争力。
总体来看,论文主要有以下学术创新:(1)以供应链管理理论为基础,对
传统电子制造业企业供应链资源整合问题进行研究,提供了全新研究视角;(2)
对传统电子制造业企业供应链资源管理存在的问题进行提炼,并展开深层次原
因分析,属于细分领域的研究内容拓展,强化了国内相关内容研究的成果;(3)
采用案例分析法,以深交所创业板上市公司X公司供应链管理为案例,研究方
法使用对象较为新颖,为类似公司相关问题研究提供了基础。

Abstract
The rapid development of information technology has widely applied supply
chain management technology to modern enterprise management, which not only
makes supply chain integration become the core content of supply chain
management, but also becomes a powerful weapon for enterprises to achieve good
performance, consolidate advantages and enhance their competitiveness. However,
how to participate in and integrate the supply chain has become the biggest problem.
To deepen the research on relevant issues, this paper takes X company as a case
and makes an in-depth study on the supply chain resource integration of the case
company by using the methods of case analysis, literature analysis, factor analysis
and induction and deduction. Firstly, starting with the supply chain management of
X company, this paper analyzes the current situation of the company, and finds out
the problems and reasons; Secondly, identify the problem factors, analyze the
problems existing in X company's supply chain resource integration, and perspective
the restrictive factors of X company's supply chain resource integration through the
combination of various research methods. Finally, it puts forward corresponding
improvement measures to optimize the supply chain, maximize benefits and improve
the competitiveness of enterprises.
In general, the main academic innovations of this paper are as follows: (1)
based on the theory of supply chain management, this paper studies the supply chain
resource integration of traditional electronic manufacturing enterprises, which
provides a new research perspective; (2) It refines the problems existing in the
supply chain resource management of traditional electronic manufacturing
enterprises, and carries out deep-seated cause analysis, which belongs to the
expansion of research contents in subdivided fields and strengthens the research
results of relevant contents in China; (3) Using the case analysis method, taking the
supply chain management of company X listed on the gem of Shenzhen Stock
Exchange as a case, the research method is relatively novel, which provides a basis
for the research of related problems of similar companies.
