when there are venture capital institutions with different capital backgrounds (mainly foreign
capital, domestic capital and joint venture capital), r&d and innovation of enterprise output or
patent application number should be higher; (4) from the perspective of financial support, the
intermediary effect model found that r&d spending played the part of the intermediary role
between the two, that is, on the one hand, the risk investment institutions can improve enterprise's
innovation output directly, on the other hand can make financial risk investment support
indirectly influence enterprise innovation output. Finally, according to the empirical results,
respectively to get relevant inspiration from different angles and points out that this article can
broaden research direction.
