安防行业是利用电子信息技术满足社会稳定、保护个人免受风险和挑战的
行业,社会只要还有犯罪和不安定因素存在,安防行业就会存在和发展,最终将
成为社会经济生活中的一个重要行业。近年来,信息技术与安防行业的快速融合
推动产品创新,安防服务领域不断拓展,平安城市、雪亮工程、智慧城市等重大
项目建设,助力安防行业蓬勃发展,我国安防产品的生产与销售均居世界前列,
但是,受新冠疫情和国际形势变化等多方影响,行业发展也面临着前所未有的机
遇与挑战。
随着行业发展进步,安防产品类型逐渐丰富、产品线日益成熟,优化产品组
合可以发挥企业优势,获取更多市场份额,实现企业利润最大化。通过翻阅产品
组合优化策略相关文献,调查收集资料,对产品组合分析方法、评价方法和优化
方法等相关理论进行了分析整理,将产品组合理论运用到安防产品领域,对 DH
公司产品线、产品组合的宽度、广度、深度以及产品组合现状进行分析,并以智
慧园区产品方案为例,展示了目前安防产品组合新形式。
结合公司发展优势、劣势、机会和风险进行 SWOT分析,得出公司现存主
要问题和对应策略,并对 DH旗下民用品牌乐橙产品满意度进行分析,综合得出
目前产品组合存在的问题,如产品组合宽度过大,升级换代速度快、代价高,产
品组合多样性不能满足市场需求,市场竞争力有待提升等。通过对现存问题的剖
析,在优化目标和原则的指导下制定出优化产品组合宽度、深度,注重产品组合
质量,深耕运营服务以及双向延伸等优化策略,最后提出保障措施。
本文通过对 DH公司产品组合优化策略的研究,为 DH公司产品组合的优化
提出了参考意见,也为其他相似处境的传统安防企业向运营服务转型提供借鉴。

there are crimes and uncertainty in the society, the security industry will exist and

In recent years, the rapid integration of information technology and the security
industry has promoted product innovation. The field of security services has continued
to expand. The construction of major projects such as Safe City, Bright Project, and
Smart City has helped the security industry to flourish. The production and sales of my
country's security products rank among the world. At the forefront, however, affected
by the outbreak of the epidemic and changes in the international situation, the
development of the industry is also facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.
With the development and progress of the industry, the types of security products
are gradually enriched and the product line is becoming more and more mature.
Optimizing the product portfolio can give full play to the advantages of the enterprise,
obtain more market share and maximize the profits of the enterprise.Through reading
the literature related to product portfolio optimization strategy, investigating and
collecting data, this paper analyzes and arranges the relevant theories such as product
portfolio analysis method, evaluation method and optimization method, applies the
product portfolio theory to the field of security products, and analyze the width,
breadth and depth of DH company's product line, product portfolio, and the current
status of product portfolio, and take the smart park product program as an example to
show the new form of current security product portfolio. SWOT analysis is carried out
in combination with the company's development advantages, disadvantages,
opportunities and risks to obtain the company's existing main problems and
corresponding strategies, and the product satisfaction of Le orange, a civil brand of
DH, is analyzed to comprehensively obtain the problems existing in the current
product portfolio, such as too wide product portfolio, fast upgrading speed and high
cost, and the diversity of product portfolio can not meet the market demand, Market
