摘要
中国的煤炭生产量排在全球第1位，也是消费煤炭最多的国家。煤炭工业是中国不可
或缺的一个主导产业，在维系社会经济正常运行及推动其进一步发展方面发挥着尤为关键
的作用。随着各类新能源相继涌现，产能持续压缩，结构优化升级加速进行，再加上环保
压力的不断加大，煤炭行业的运行及其成长迎来了诸多困难。
资产处置能够为企业带来相当大的帮助，能够对企业的各类资源进行更为科学的配置，
能够推动产业结构的进一步优化升级，为项目引入更多的资金，最终助力企业综合竞争力
的不断增强，为其创造更为可观的效益。无论是剥离不良资产又或者是适度减少业务板块
均企业对自身资源加以有机整合，谋求进一步发展的关键措施。文章基于文献检索法和案
例分析法、不良资产理论以及资产配置理论等一系列相关理论，围绕上海大屯能源有限公
司进行分析和探讨。以包括大屯铝业在内的多个项目为分析对象，在了解企业项目的基础
上，介绍其不良资产的当下处置情况，并就原因和具体的处置方式进行梳理，最终给出了
针对性的处置方案。归纳上海能源在资产处置方面积累的相关经验，明确资产处置将会给
上市企业带来何种类型和程度的影响，旨在为国内煤炭行业企业运营期间更为科学的进行
资产处置提供有益参考和借鉴。

Abstract
China's coal production ranks first in the world, and it is also the country that consumes
the most coal. The coal industry is an indispensable leading industry in China, and it plays a
particularly critical role in maintaining the normal operation of the social economy and
promoting its further development. With the emergence of various new energy sources, the
continuous compression of production capacity, the acceleration of structural optimization and
upgrading, and the increasing pressure on environmental protection, the operation and growth
of the coal industry has faced many difficulties.
Asset disposal can bring considerable help to enterprises, can make more scientific
allocation of various resources of enterprises, can promote the further optimization and
upgrading of industrial structure, introduce more funds for projects, and ultimately help
enterprises' comprehensive competitiveness. Continuously strengthen, create more considerable
benefits for it. Whether it is stripping off non-performing assets or appropriately reducing
business sectors, the company organically integrates its own resources and seeks key measures
for further development. Based on a series of related theories such as literature retrieval method
and case analysis method, non-performing asset theory and asset allocation theory, the article
analyzes and discusses around Shanghai Datun Energy Co., Ltd. Taking multiple projects
