经济的增长,促使各个企业的生产量规模化和批量化的增长,产品需要销售
运往到全国各地,有时甚至是国外,配送中心在物流中起到的作用就不用过多描
述了。所以在企业运营前期对物流公司配送中心进行科学有效的选址是十分必要
的。
H公司是一家大型的农产品物流公司,原有配送中心位置不够合理,现拟在
C市、L市、S市、G市和T市五个城市郊区中选择一处做为 H公司的配送中心。
首先,论文运用层次分析模型得出选址最直观的初步结论,具体是构造层次
结构,分别列出准则层对目标层、子准则层对准则层、子准则层对目标层、每个
子准则层下的方案层以及方案层对目标层的判断矩阵。
其次,运用 MATLAB软件计算出各个矩阵下的特征根与特征向量,得到方
案层对目标层的权重值,得到 G市郊区的权重值最大,其次是 S市郊区的权重
值。两者的权重值比较接近。
最后,运用演化博弈模型,对排序前两位的 G方案与 S方案再次论证,运
用演化博弈中的演化稳定策略模型和复制者动态模型,得出 G方案的收益要高
于 S方案的收益,且 G方案在第 t+1年被选择的概率要大于上一年被选择的概
率,因此得出 G方案是最佳的配送中心位置。
论文运用层次分析法得到初步的优劣排序,再运用演化博弈对现实的取舍问
题做进一步的证明,使结论更加真实可靠,有一定的应用价值,为今后其他企业
的选址问题提供了参考。

With the economic growth and the continuous expansion of the production scale of
enterprises, the sales of products are not limited to the region where the enterprises are
located. Distribution centers play a crucial role in logistics in order to transport products
to all provinces, or even abroad. Therefore, it is of great significance to select a scientific
and reasonable location for the distribution center of logistics companies.
H Company is a large logistics company. Its original distribution center location is
not reasonable enough. Now it plans to choose one of the five suburbs of C city, L City,
S City, G city and T city as its distribution center. The idea of this paper is to use
modeling method to quantify the results, intuitive conclusion.
First of all, the analytic hierarchy process is used to conduct qualitative analysis on
the factors affecting the location of distribution center, construct the hierarchical
structure, and list the criteria layer to the target layer, sub-criteria layer to the criteria
layer, sub-criteria layer to the target layer, each sub-criteria layer under the scheme layer
and the scheme layer to the target layer judgment matrix.
Then, MATLAB software is used to calculate the feature roots and feature vectors
under each matrix, and the weight value of the scheme layer to the target layer is
obtained. The weight value of the suburbs of G city is the largest, followed by the weight
value of the suburbs of S City.
Last, using the evolutionary game model, to sort the top two G solutions with S
argument again, using the evolutionary stable strategy model and replicated dynamic
model, draw G solutions yield than S earnings, G scheme is selected in the t +1 year
of the probability that the selected probability is greater than the previous year, then G
is the best distribution center location.
The paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to get the preliminary ranking of pros
and cons, and then uses the evolutionary game to further prove the reality of the trade-
off problem, which makes the conclusion more reliable, has certain application value,
but also provides a reference for other site selection problems.
