摘要
分析供电公司的设备管理,传统管理模式是以职责分工为依据开展分阶段模
式管理,高度强调不同阶段的划分与有序性,各阶段分裂开展无交集,而这一模
式已经不足以面对当前供电公司内大量专业设备的维护、管理工作。随着日益攀
升的设备资产,传统管理模式难以实现有机且统一管控,缺少整体考虑。因此,
融入全寿命周期管理理论开展供电公司设备管理优化,对促进资产最终转化为经
济效益,提升电力公司设备管理水平和面向社会公众提供更优质供电服务具有重
要意义。
本文以 A供电公司作为研究对象,基于 A供电公司当下实际情况开展设备管
理优化。首先,分析 A供电公司设备管理现状,包括企业简介、组织结构与人员
构成乃至设备管理的现状、系统应用等内容,提出目前 A供电公司设备管理成本
偏高问题,并在深度分析下得出全寿命周期管理视角下,导致设备管理成本偏高
问题原因集中在采购环节、入账环节。其次,设计基于设备全寿命周期管理方法
的 A供电公司设备管理优化方案,建立基于原有 PMS、ERP系统的 A供电公司设
备管理标准化流程模型,并在研究阶段侧重于采购环节、入账环节和运维环节,
建立三大环节业务流程、功能模块,并建立与模型功能匹配的数据库。最后,制
定优化后的设备管理策略在 A供电公司的实施方案,验证设计方案的有效性。通
过方案实施,论证本次系统满足最初设计要求,可有效解决 A供电公司设备全寿
命周期下采购、入账和运维三大环节带来的巨额成本问题,并极大程度提升入账
环节工作效率。
本次针对 A供电公司基于全寿命周期管理制定的设备管理优化方案,改变了
以往企业将管理重心放在设备管理初期以及后期维护的思路,基于全寿命周期管
理,将设备管理工作贯穿整个设备生命周期,对进一步提升电力公司设备管理水
平具有实用价值。

ABSTRACT
Traditional management mode is in the power supply based on function in the
company is engaged in the subsection model management, highly emphasize the
division and order of different stages. The mode of development is not enough to meet
the maintenance and management of a large number of professional equipment in the
power supply company. With the increasing equipment assets, the traditional
management mode is difficult to achieve organic and unified management and control,
lacking overall consideration. Therefore, integrating the life cycle management theory
to optimize the equipment management of power supply companies is of great
significance to promote the final transformation of assets into economic benefits,
improve the equipment management level of power companies and provide better
power supply services to the public.
This paper studied A Power Supply Company as the research object, and carried
out equipment management optimization based on the current actual situation of A
Power Supply Company. Firstly, this paper analyzed the current situation of equipment
management of A Power Supply Company, including enterprise profile, organizational
structure and personnel composition, as well as the current situation of equipment
management and system application, putted forward the problem of high equipment
management cost of A Power Supply Company, and come to the conclusion that under
the Perspective of life cycle management, the causes of high equipment management
cost are concentrated in the procurement link Posting phase. Secondly, designed the
equipment management optimization scheme of A Power Supply Company based on the
equipment life cycle management method, established the equipment management
standardization process model of A Power Supply Company based on the original PMS
and ERP system, focus on the procurement link, accounting link and operation link in
the research stage, established the business process and function module of three links,
and establish the database matching the function of the model. Finally, the
implementation scheme of the optimized equipment management strategy in A Power
Supply Company was formulated to verify the effectiveness of the design scheme.
Through the implementation of the scheme, it was demonstrated that the system met the
initial design requirements, could effectively solve the huge cost problem caused by the

three links of procurement,accounting and operation in the equipment life cycle of A
Power Supply Company, and greatly improved the work efficiency of accounting link.
The equipment management optimization scheme formulated for A Power Supply
Company based on life cycle management will change the previous idea that enterprises
focus on the initial stage and later maintenance of equipment management. Based on
life cycle management, equipment management runs through the whole equipment life
cycle, which is of practical value to further improve the equipment management level of
power company.
