摘要
随着金融业的快速发展,银行业的发展面临众多挑战,银行间竞争加剧,传统的
银行从业人员已难以满足不断变化的经济形势,如何培育出与行业发展相匹配、与企
业发展相适应的高素质人才,是银行业必须要面对的问题。在企业管理中,人力资源
开发是银行增强企业竞争力的重要手段,而员工培训便是其中最行之有效的手段之一,
银行若想吸引人才、留住人才,务必要开展科学有效的员工培训。
西方国家的员工培训理论起源于20世纪初,目前发展较为成熟,国外的众多学
者对培训的相关理论研究已较为完整。我国的员工培训体系研究是从上世纪末开始,
发展时间较短,尚未形成完整的理论体系,对企业开展员工培训的指导意义有限。目
前,企业员工培训存在内容单一、偶然性较强、缺乏评估等问题,这些问题在商业银
行中尤为普遍,若不解决这些问题,势必会对银行的良性发展产生阻碍。
有鉴于此,本文依据现代人力资源管理相关理论,以中国工商银行B分行为案例,
在全面系统分析该分行现有员工培训体系运行现状的基础上,针对企业培训供给与需
求之间的不平衡问题进行了实地调研,重点对该分行现有培训体系所存在问题及成因
进行专题分析,结合B分行的经营管理实际,最终提出该分行员工培训优化设计方案
及其保障措施,通过研究,为中国工商银行B分行员工培训体系优化提供相关建议,
并为我国其他商业银行的员工培训体系优化提供可资借鉴的启示。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of the financial sector and increasingly fierce competition
among banks, traditional bank employees are having difficulty coping with the changing
economic environment. How to develop high-end workers suitable for industrial
development is a problem that must be solved. Developing human resources in commercial
management is an important means to improve the competitiveness of banks.If banks want
to attract and retain talents,they must carry out scientific and effective employee training.
The employee training theory in western countries originated in the early 20th century.
At present,it is more mature. Many foreign scholars have completed the relevant
theoretical research on training.Since the end of last century,the research on employee
training system in China has developed for a short time and has not formed a complete
theoretical system,which has limited guiding significance for enterprises to carry out
employee training.At present,there are some problems in enterprise employee training,such
as single content,strong contingency and lack of evaluation.These problems are particularly
common in commercial banks.If these problems are not solved,they will hinder the healthy
development of banks.
In view of this,based on the relevant theories of modern human resource management
and the case of branch B of industrial and Commercial Bank of China,in comprehensive
systematic analysis of the branch based on the analysis of existing staff training system, in
view of the enterprise training the imbalance between supply and demand in the field
research, focusing on the branch of the existing training system of the existing problems
and the cause of thematic analysis, combining the reality of B branch management, finally
put forward the optimized design scheme with the branch staff training and safeguard
measures, Through the research, relevant suggestions are provided for the optimization of
employee training system of B Branch of INDUSTRIAL and Commercial Bank of China,
and enlightenment is provided for the optimization of employee training system of other
commercial banks in China.
