摘要
随着外资银行机构逐步进入以及存款利率的市场化给国有银行带来极大的冲击。
国有银行开始转变策略,降低融资成本,支持中小企业发展,缓解中小企业融资难问
题。为了使万千群众享受到优质的金融服务,中国工商银行 GY支行开展下乡活动并
建立贫困扶持点,服务民生,努力成为普惠金融的积极践行者。然而近年来由于县域
地区新入驻了四家商业银行,对中国工商银行 GY支行的业务发展产生了一定的冲击,
影响主要集中在信贷业务和存款业务,进一步对中国工商银行 GY支行的整体竞争力
的提升和经营绩效的提高产生影响,进而对其可持续、健康发展产生影响。因此,本
文希望通过对中国工商银行 GY支行的经营绩效进行客观准确的评价、并与中国工商
银行 YS支行、中国工商银行 ZH支行和中国农业银行 GY支行的经营绩效进行对比,
使中国工商银行 GY支行能够清楚的认识到自身的经营状况,了解与其他三家县域银
行存在的差距和问题,进一步分析其原因,对其经营和管理进行改善,提高其整体竞
争力,以确保在竞争中立于不败之地。
本文首先阐述了经营绩效评价的相关概念和理论基础,然后以中国工商银行 GY
支行为例,介绍了中国工商银行 GY支行的概况;从四个方面选取了十二个评价指标,
构建了中国工商银行经营绩效评价指标体系。进而运用该经营绩效评价指标体系对中
国工商银行 GY支行的经营绩效指标进行了计算,然后以中国工商银行 YS支行、中
国工商银行 ZH支行和中国农业银行 GY支行2018年-2020年的财务报表数据为样本
进行经营绩效的对比分析,并采用层次分析法,综合分析评价上述四家县域银行的经
营绩效,并对其进行综合得分排名,以及评价与比较分析;最后根据评价分析结果提
出中国工商银行 GY支行经营绩效提升策略,以期为其他商业银行的经营绩效评价提
供借鉴。

ABSTRACT
With the gradual entry of foreign banking institutions and the marketization of deposit
interest rates has brought a huge adverse impact on state-owned banks.Thus, state-owned
banks adopted new strategies such as reducing financing costs, providing support to the
development of small and medium-sized enterprises, to ease the financing difficulties of
these enterprises. In order to provide high-quality financial service to more prospective
clients and customers, the GY sub-branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China
(ICBC) has launched rural area support activities and established poverty alleviation centers
to service local people's livelihood.However, in recent years, due to the four new
commercial banks entered the county, which had a certain negative impact on the business
development, mainly focused on credit business and deposit business, of the ICBC GY
sub-branch. This further hindered the improvement of the overall competitiveness and
business performance of the ICBC GY sub-branch, and thus adversely affected its
sustainable and healthy development.Therefore, this paper hopes to make ICBC GY
sub-branch have a clear understanding of its own operating conditions through an objective
and accurate evaluation of its operating performance,as well as the comparison with the
business performance of ICBC YS sub-branch, ICBC ZH sub-branch and ABC GY
sub-branch. so that ICBC GY sub-branch can clearly recognize its operating conditions,
understand the gaps with the other three county banks, further analyze the reasons, and
improve its operation and management, and enhance its overall competitiveness to ensure
an invincible position in the competition.
Firstly, this article analyzes the related concepts and foundations of business
performance evaluation, and then uses the example of the performance of the GY branch of
the ICBC,introduce the general situation of the GY branch of ICBC.Twelve evaluation
indicators have been selected from four aspects, and the operating performance evaluation
index system of ICBC has been constructed.and Then, the operating performance
evaluation index system was used to calculate the operating performance indicators of
ICBC GY sub-branch, and the financial statement data of ICBC YS sub-branch, ICBC ZH
sub-branch as well as ABC GY sub-branch from 2018 to 2020 were used as samples for
comparative analysis of operating performance.The hierarchical analysis method is used to
assess the operating performance of the four county banks above comprehensively, and then
