摘
要
结合中国工业化发展的进程、德国工业 4.0 的发展,以及中国制造 2025 对制造业
的管理提出了更高的要求,倡导以提高质量、增进效益为中心,把推行智能制造作为主
攻方向。面对外部激烈的竞争环境,公司的产品制造流程同样遭受到冲击。ZD 公司作
为中国制造国家战略积极推行的企业,为顺应时代需求开始逐步引入先进的管理理念和
方法,推行精益生产管理方式。生产物流作为生产过程管理的重要环节,将生产物流管
理的过程进行改善,对降低公司生产成本、提高生产效率、拉动企业发展,进而实现稳
健经营的目标、提升盈利水平以增强企业竞争力,起着至关重要的作用。
本论文以 ZD公司为研究对象,以生产物流管理改进为研究主题,运用生产物流管
理的等相关理论和方法,从组织架构、生产流程、生产物流过程以及信息管理等方面阐
述了 ZD公司生产物流管理的现状。归纳分析 ZD公司在生产物流管理在生产物料存储、
库存管理、物流资源以及配送效率方面存在问题,并对产生该问题的成因进行分析。在
此基础上从优化厂区布局、完善生产物流计划,优化生产物流管理流程和搭建智慧物流
信息平台等方面制定可以持续改进和完善 ZD公司生产物流管理体系的优化方案。为确
保方案的实施,从完善组织架构,健全规章制度、规范采购管理以及加强人力资源管理
等方面为其提供保障措施。
本文对 ZD公司生产物流管理改进将起到一定的指导作用,对同类公司的生产物流
管理具有一定的借鉴价值。

Research on the logistics management of ZD Corporation
Abstract
Combined with the process of industrialization in China,and the development of German
Industry 4.0,and The Made in China 2025 Initiative puts forward higher requirements for the
management of manufacturing industry.It advocates to improve the quality and enhance
efficiency as the center,to promote intelligent manufacturing as the main direction.The
product manufacturing process of ZD company has also suffered an impact on the face of
fierce external competition.As a company actively promoting made in China,In response to
the needs of the era,we began to gradually introduce advanced management concepts and
methods, and implement lean production management methods to stimulate the development
of the enterprise.Production logistics plays an important part of the production process.
Improving the production logistics management process plays a vital role in how to reduce the
company's production costs,improve production efficiency,And achieve the goal of stable
operation,increase profitability and enhance the competitiveness of the company.
This thesis takes ZD company as the research object,takes production logistics
management improvement as the research theme,uses production logistics management and
other related theories and methods.This paper expounds the production of ZD company the
status quo of logistics management from the aspects of organizational structure,production
process, production logistics process and information management.Summarize and analyze
ZD company's production logistics management in terms of production material storage,
inventory management,logistics resources and distribution efficiency.Then analyze the causes
of the problems. Next, from optimizing the layout of the factory, improving the production
logistics plan,optimizing the production logistics management process,and building a smart
logistics information platform, we will formulate an optimization plan that can continuously
improve and perfect the ZD company's production logistics management system. Structure,
improve rules and regulations,standardize procurement management,and strengthen human
resource management to provide safeguards for it.In order to ensure the implementation of the
plan, safeguard measures are provided for it in terms of improving the organizational structure,
the rules and regulations,standardizing procurement management,and strengthening human
resource management.
This article will play a certain guiding role in the improvement of ZD company's
production logistics management, and has certain reference value for the production logistics
management of similar companies.
