研究生时光,转瞬即逝,里面有很多故事令人终身难忘,在这一过程中,不
仅仅是专业领域的深造,还有做人、做事方法的一种积累,点点滴滴都熔注了真
挚的感情。三年的学习生涯过得很快,期间,我有幸结识了众多的良师益友,在
即将毕业之际,我要向帮助过我的人致以由衷的感谢。
首先是感谢我的导师张卫华老师,在论文的选题、开题报告、撰写、修改的

摘要
当今,经济全球化的发展给国内制造业众多企业带了更多的机遇与挑战,市
场竞争也日趋激烈,高成本、高能耗的企业越来越不能满足经济高质量可持续发
展的需要。企业间的市场竞争已不仅仅局限于产品、服务的竞争,也表现在企业
的供应链管理上。制造型企业要想在激烈的竞争中不断发展壮大,必须更加注重
供应链的管控与优化,通过整合供应链的资源,从而降低营运成本,提高其自身
的整体竞争力。本文在供应链视角下,深入研究了 T公司的现状,并对其采购成
本的优化进行了设计研究。
首先,分析了 T公司供应链管理的内外部环境,并结合供应链管理的相关理
论,针对其采购流程的各阶段(计划—供应商管理—采购实施—库存管理)进行
了系统的分析。
其次,运用了 TCO采购管理、层次分析法、文献查询法、实证研究法、定
量分析与定性分析结合等理论与分析方法,对 T公司在采购环节中所发生的实际
问题进行了根源分析,探讨了采购环节各阶段存在的问题和产生问题的根本原
因,并据此提出了 T公司供应链采购成本控制优化设计的总体思路和具体策略,
通过组织架构与采购流程的改进,分别从采购计划、供应商管理、采购实施、库
存管理等方面提出了成本控制的相关策略。
最后,从技术、人才、制度等方面提出了供应链采购成本控制的保障措施。
论文主要采用将企业实际与理论相结合的方法,引进供应链管理的概念,基
于供应链视角对 T公司采购成本的控制与优化进行了深入研究,将对该公司今后
的采购管理与市场竞争起到一定的积极作用,也能够给予其他中小型制造型企业
的采购管理提供一些参考。

Abstract
Nowadays, the development of economic globalization has brought more
opportunities and challenges to many domestic manufacturing companies and the
market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Enterprises with high energy
consumption and high cost are more and more difficult to meet the needs of
high-quality and sustainable economic development. The market competition among
enterprises is not only limited to the competition of products and services, but also
reflected in the supply chain management of enterprises. If manufacturing enterprises
want to continue to grow in the fierce competition, they must pay more attention to
the control and optimization of the supply chain, and improve their overall
competitiveness by integrating supply chain resources and reducing operating costs.
From the perspective of supply chain, this thesis deeply studies the current situation of
T company, and designs and studies the optimization of its procurement cost.
Firstly, it analyzes the internal and external environment of T company's supply
chain management, and makes a systematic analysis on each stage of its procurement
process(plan

management) combine the relevant theories of supply chain management. Secondly,
using the theories and analysis methods of TCO procurement management, analytic
hierarchy process, literature query method, empirical research method, the
combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, this thesis analyzes the
root causes of the actual problems in the procurement process of T company, and
discusses the problems and root causes of the problems in each stage of the
procurement process, Based on this, this thesisi puts forward the overall idea and
specific strategies for the optimal design of T company's supply chain procurement
cost control. Through the improvement of organizational structure and procurement
process, this thesisi puts forward the relevant strategies of cost control from the
aspects of procurement plan, supplier management, procurement implementation and
inventory management.
Finally, it puts forward the guarantee measures of supply chain procurement cost
control from the aspects of technology, talents and system.
This thesisi mainly adopts the method of combining theory with enterprise
practice, introduces the concept of supply chain management, and makes an in-depth
study on the control and optimization of T company's procurement cost from the
