随着近年来液化天然气在国内清洁能源消费比重的逐渐增加,液化天然气接 收站在保障能源供应的功能定位上有着越来越高的权重和影响。为满足液化天然 气接收站专用设备稳定运行,相应的设备维修备件供给和维修备件库存也成为其 担当能源供应保障角色的重要支撑;同时维修备件的库存成本、资金占用成本和 周转率也成为影响液化天然气接收站经营利润不可忽视的重要因素。 本文以中石油江苏液化天然气有限公司接收站生产专用设备的维修备件库 存管理为例,首先对公司维修备件库存周转情况、维修计划执行现状、备件库存 管理和管理现状进行深入分析,总结公司维修备件库存管理上存在的问题,产生 的原因及严重性;其次制定维修备件库存优化目标,确定关键设备,制定关键设 备维修策略,编制设备维修物料清单,确定维修备件组成;采用ABC分类法和 CVA分析法相结合的方式对关键设备维修备件进行二阶组合分类,针对不同权 重的维修备件明确库存服务水平,确定库存检查方法,制定库存缺货控制策略; 使用时间序列平滑模型和平均故障间隔时间(MTBF)对关键设备维修备件需求 数量进行预测,分析数据结果,选择最优预测方法预测备件库存数量,并在此基 础上,计算安全库存数量,经济订货批量,确定再订货点;最后基于以上方法, 通过对维修计划优化、设备运行操作优化、供应链采购和库存管理优化多角度开 展维修备件库存管理优化实施。 经过以上维修备件库存管理优化的实际运用效果,中石油江苏液化天然气有 限公司维修备件库存成本能够大幅度降低,库存备件冗余情况得到改善,缺货费 用得到控制,最终达到维修备件库存在满足设备运行可靠性的同时总成本最小的 优化目标。 关键词:库存优化,安全库存,ABC分类法,经济订货批量 MBA学位论文作者:齐宏宇中石油江苏液化天然气有限公司维修备件库存管理优化研究 II RESEARCHONOPTIMIZATIONOFINVENTORY MANAGEMENTOFMAINTENANCESPAREPARTSOF PETROCHINAJIANGSULNGCO.,LTD.
