I 摘要 随着经济全球化的进程加快,企业的生存与发展环境也面临翻天覆地的变 化,这些变化考验着企业的生存和团队的协调能力,也预示着个人英雄的时代已 经终结,迈入了团队合作的年代。这个年代需要的不是单个英雄,而是由普通人 组成的强大团队,要想在全球化的竞争中赢得一席之地,如何提升企业团队的适 应能力、应变能力和创新能力来增强企业的核心竞争力,已成为企业突围的重要 法宝之一。不同方式的团队管理会对企业发展起到不同作用。团队既需要成员独 立完成自身任务,又需要所有团队成员密切配合,共同协作完成团队任务,因此 团队管理在现代企业管理中起到举足轻重的作用。近年来,中外学者对团队建设 与团队管理的研究越来越多,团队建设与管理成为研究的热点内容,我国的团队 管理研究主要是在借鉴国外团队管理的经验基础之上加以学习和借鉴逐步形成 的,随着国外团队管理引入的不断深化,中国的团队管理有了进一步的发展。 本文以SG钢铁企业作为研究对象,以企业团队管理理论作为理论基础,通 过文献分析、案例研究、走访座谈以及调查问卷的方法,分析SG钢铁企业团队 管理现状及存在问题,对案例中描述的问题进行深入调查、研究和分析,找出问 题的根源,提出解决问题的一系列对策。本文通过描述现状-发现问题-解决问题 -保障措施的论文思路,系统审视SG钢铁企业团队管理现状,并对发现的问题 进行梳理,提出现阶段适合企业团队持续稳定发展的管理体系,在管理体系的基 础上,结合企业文化、企业环境、企业制度和实行程序等,提出改进的方向,希 望可以优化企业管理机制,提升企业整体绩效和核心竞争力,促进企业业绩稳步 更好发展,也为其他企业的团队管理提供参考与借鉴。 关 键 词:钢铁企业;团队管理;团队目标;团队激励;团队文化 论文类型:应用类 选题来源:学校自选项目 摘要 II ABSTRACT With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, the survival and development environment of the enterprise is also facing earth-shaking changes.
