随着科技的发展,科技水平将很大程度上决定国有企业在市场当中的 竞争力,发展能力与生存能力,作为传统食品酿造企业的LZ公司,现阶段 非常需要提高科研能力,为企业的可持续发展提供保障。 本文章用科研项目进度管理的相关科学理论为指导,希望能够解决LZ 公司的实际问题,通过理论来指导实践工作,用实践工作来验证和完善科研 管理工作;采用调查研究,案例分析等多种方法,以LZ公司科研项目进度 管理现状为研究的目标,分析了传统国有企业在科研项目进度管理和多项 目管理等体系和方法应用中存在的问题,以及产生的原因,围绕缩短科研项 目周期,提高国有企业科研项目进度管理能力为目标,从科研项目管理,项 目进度管理和多项目进度管理理论中寻找科学的解释,通过总结,得到LZ 公司科研项目进度管理优化的研究成果,实现传统国有企业科研项目进度 管理的科学化,规范化和有效化,对于提升企业的科研项目进度管理能力具 有一定的现实意义。 本文通过研究科研项目进度管理相关的理论,论述了其所包含的方法 和工具的特点,以及在管理实践中的应用,针对LZ公司,描述了其科研项 目进度管理的背景情况,运用多方法、多指标来定量描述其科研项目进度管 理现状,问题及原因,并通过相关的技术方法,如CPM/PERT等,提出有 效的科研项目进度管理解决方案。 最终本文章得到了下述结论,综合运用多管理理论、方法形成的LZ公 司科研项目进度管理优化方案,为提升其科研项目进度管理能力提供了有 力支撑,科研项目管理组织架构采用重矩阵模式,能很好的避免传统组织架 II 构下产生的成员间沟通困难,项目计划难以保障困难等问题,为该企业科研 项目周期长和进度管理失控的问题,提供了有力支撑,为具有相似问题的国 有企业提供了参考依据。 关键词:科研 多项目 进度管理 III RESEARCH ON PROGRESS MANAGEMENT OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH PROJECTS IN LZ COMPANY ABSTRACT With the development of science and technology, the level of science and technology will largely determine the competitiveness, survival and development ability of state-owned enterprises in the market.
