近年来，国内各个市场之间的竞争随着我国经济的转型发展逐渐加剧。现阶 段，中国的经济正处于重要战略机遇期，同时，经济发展的新常态已经逐渐被大 众所认知。在新常态经济中，不同的发展机遇孕育在不同的行业会，企业的管理 模式要逐步转型向更高级的形态、更复杂的分工、更合理的结构阶段演化。目前， 粗放式的财务管理模式已不可取，难以适应现阶段的发展趋势，弊端已经显现。 对集团公司来说，积极探索企业管理模式的升级，创新管理转型途径，不断与时 俱进方能适应现阶段的时代发展趋势。集团化、规模化、精益化管理已成为大型 企业管理的必然选择，在这一背景下，YL公司的母公司SG集团提出建设先进企 业的目标，推进各类业务链集约化建设则是建设先进企业的必由之路，其中，建 设政策的核心内容之一就是“财务集约化”。 本文重点探讨了YL公司在财务集约化框架下进行的财务管理转型，希望以 YL公司自身的视角去探讨，各基层分公司企业采取何种途径推行财务集约化建 设。财务管理从“核算型”向“决策型”的转变，是目前SG集团公司各基层分 支公司转型的核心。本文研究探讨了YL公司财务管理转型发展路线，希望能够 对其他相似企业如何开展财务管理转型，提升整体管理水平产生一定的启示作 用。在财务集约化框架下，YL公司财务管理转型研究的背景和意义，是本文研 究讨论的前提，同时本文阐述了财务集约化的内涵，对财务管理转型概念进行了 描述，并分析了YL公司旧有的管理状况。基于YL公司在财务集约化开展前的管 理情况，本文指出了YL公司在财务集约化框架下实现财务管理转型的具体途径。 之后对YL公司按照已制定的途径，按照不同的管理模块进行转型的实施过程进 行总结分析。最后，本文阐述了在财务集约化管理框架下YL公司财务管理转型 的举措，以及YL公司在实际工作中的产生的效果与成绩。 本文指出，在财务集约化建设框架下，YL公司以实现财务管理转型为中心 点，推行实施了一系列举措，财务管理基本实现从“核算型”向“决策型”的转 变。YL公司以财务集约化建设为契机，基本实现了本企业财务管理的转型，从 而压降了公司的运营成本，企业的运行效率也得到了进一步提升。但是，我们也 应该知道，财务管理转型不是一个固定的过程，随着财务集约化建设在企业中的 持续推进，财务管理的转型也是一个不断提升的过程，在转型过程中存在的不足 随着转型的深入推经将不断出现，企业需要持续改进产生的各种不足。 关键词：集团公司，财务管理集约化，转型 河南财经政法大学硕士学位论文 II Abstract WiththedevelopmentofChina'seconomyinrecentyears,thecompetition betweenthevariousmarketsisalsointensified.Atpresent,China'seconomic developmentisatanimportantstrategicopportunity.Atthesametime,China's economicdevelopmenthasgraduallyenteredthenewnormalstate.Newdevelopment hasbeenborninthenewnormaleconomy,tothemoreadvanced,morecomplex divisionoflabor,morereasonablestageofstructuralevolution,theenterprise management,especiallygroupbusinessfinancialmanagementmodelputforward higherandmoreurgentrequirements.Thecurrentsituation,thegridcompany's previousfinancialmanagementmodelinthenewdevelopmenttrendhasbeen exposedtotheshortcomings,andactivelycarryoutthefinancialmanagementmodel transformationandupgradingtomeettheneedsofthedevelopmentofthetimes.To taketheintensivemodeofmanagementistoachieveenterprisegroup,large-scale, leanmanagementoftheinevitablechoice.
