随着经济的快速发展,铸造行业竞争的日益加剧,JT公司在快速成长的过程中也暴 露了很多问题,这些问题逐步显现,已经成为公司进一步发展和壮大的瓶颈。针对竞争 对手不断增加,竞争对手实力不断增强的实际情况,公司必须做好自身的战略定位,科 学制定未来竞争战略,才能在竞争对手中脱颖而出,从而取得长远发展。因此,通过行 业研究与竞争战略相结合,科学分析辽宁JT重型装备集团有限公司的行业竞争力,选 择出适合公司未来发展的竞争战略,对公司发展具有重要意义。 本研究利用SWOT等战略分析工具,对JT公司的内外部环境进行科学分析,辨析 JT公司在目前市场环境中的各种机会与威胁以及JT公司存在的优势和劣势,在此基础 上,通过SWOT矩阵分析进行准确的战略定位,最终科学选择适合公司的竞争战略和 战略实施措施,并结合公司的实际经营情况提出技术研发、产品质量、营销方式和成本 方面的保障措施。 根据战略目标的定位和以上分析,基于国内铸造行业需求的不断变化,结合JT公 司的外部环境和自身的资源能力,应该采取成本领先战略来提升自己的竞争力,通过内 部技术研发、产品升级、产品结构的创新,不断提升企业的核心竞争力,将优势集中投 放在汽车模具铸件和机床铸件领域获取竞争优势。 关键词:竞争战略;铸造行业;JT公司 辽宁JT重型装备集团有限公司竞争战略研究 -II- TheResearchofCompetitionStrategyforJTCompany Abstract Withtherapiddevelopmentofeconomyandtheincreasingcompetitioninthefoundry industry,JTcompanyhasalsoexposedmanyproblemsintheprocessofrapidgrowth,which havegraduallyemergedandbecomethebottleneckforfurtherdevelopmentandexpansionof thecompany.Inviewoftheincreasingnumberofcompetitorsandtheincreasingstrengthof competitors,thecompanymustcompleteitsownstrategicpositioningandscientifically formulatefuturecompetitivestrategiesinordertostandoutfromcompetitorsandachieve long-termdevelopment.Therefore,itisofgreatsignificanceforthedevelopmentofthe companytoscientificallyanalyzetheindustrialcompetitivenessofliaoningJTheavy equipmentgroupco.,ltd.throughthecombinationofindustryresearchandcompetitive strategy,andselectthecompetitivestrategysuitableforthefuturedevelopmentofthe company. ThisstudyusedtheSWOTstrategicanalysistools,suchasthescientificanalysisofthe internalandexternalenvironmentofJTcompanydifferentiateJTcompanyinthecurrent marketenvironmentaswellasthevariousopportunitiesandthreatsofJTcompany advantagesanddisadvantages,onthisbasis,throughtheSWOTmatrixanalysisaccurately strategicpositioning,eventuallyscienceandchoosesuitableforthecompany'scompetitive strategyandstrategyimplementationmeasures,andcombinedwiththeactualoperation situationofcompanytechnologyresearchanddevelopment,productquality,marketingway andthesafeguardmeasuresoncost. Accordingtothestrategicobjectivesandpositioningtheaboveanalysis,basedonthe changingofChinesefoundryindustrydemand,combinedwithJTcompany'sexternal environmentanditsownresources,costleadershipstrategyshouldbetakentoimprovetheir owncompetitiveness,throughinternalinnovationoftechnologyresearchanddevelopment, productupgrading,productstructure,promotingthecorecompetitivenessofenterprises constantly,advantagewillfocusoninthefieldofautomouldcastingandmachinetool castingstoobtaincompetitiveadvantage.
