摘要
随着新一轮科技革命的兴起,传统的制造业面临着巨大的冲击,创新能力
薄弱、产品科技含量低、高端装备少等等问题逐渐暴露出来,传统制造业急需
进行调整升级,智能制造产业逐渐成为产业发展的新方向。随着“中国制造2025”
的提出,智能制造产业逐渐受到重视和关注。研究我国智能制造企业的发展战
略是一个十分有意义的命题。因此,本文研究了大族激光智能装备集团的发展
战略,这对于促进大族激光智能装备集团的发展以及提升我国智能制造产业国
际竞争力具有重要意义。
本文首先对智能制造的时代背景、行业背景进行了概述,通过国内外研究
现状分析得出,国家加快推进“中国制造 2025”,随着信息化、“互联网+”、
工业大数据的发展,在推动我国制造业战略发展计划中,“中国制造”已经站在
了一个新的历史起点,为智能装备以及高端装备制造业带来了新的发展动力和
机遇。同时,对战略管理以及企业战略管理的相关理论进行了梳理、分析与总
结。然后全面介绍大族激光智能装备集团的基本情况,并分别用 PEST 方法以及
波特五力模型对大族激光智能装备集团所处的外部环境以及行业环境进行了系
统分析。在详细阐述激光智能装备集团所面临的外部机会和威胁、自身优势和
劣势的基础上,制定了大族激光智能装备集团的 SWOT 分析矩阵。最后,根据大
族激光智能装备集团的运营现状,制定了企业的发展战略目标及发展战略规划。
同时为发展战略的有效实施,对组织结构、人力资源、财务管理、技术与管理
创新等保障措施进行了讨论。
本文通过系统分析和研究,明晰了大族激光智能装备集团的发展战略,以
满足集团未来持续、稳定、高速发展的需要。

With the rise of a new round of scientific and technological revolution, the
traditional manufacturing industry is facing a huge impact, weak innovation, low
product technology content, Small number of high-end equipment, and so the
problem gradually exposed, the traditional manufacturing needs to be adjusted to
upgrade, intelligent manufacturing industry has gradually become a new direction
for industrial development.With the "Made in China 2025" put forward, intelligent
manufacturing industry has gradually been valued and focused. It is a very
meaningful proposition to study the development strategy of intelligent
manufacturing enterprises in China.Therefore, this paper studies the development
strategy of Han&39;s Laser Intelligent Equipment Group, which has a great significance
to promote the development of Han&39;s Laser Intelligent Equipment Group and
enhance the international competitiveness of China&39;s intelligent manufacturing
industry.
Firstly, this paper summarizes the time background and industry background of
intelligent manufacturing. Through the analysis of domestic and international
research, the state has accelerated to advance the "Made in China 2025". With the
development of information, "Internet +" and industrial data, to promote China&39;s
manufacturing strategy development plan, "Made in China" has stood a new
historical starting point for intelligent equipment and high-end equipment
manufacturing industry has brought new development momentum and
opportunities.At the same time, the theory of strategic management and corporate
strategy management were sorted out, analyzed and summarized.Then, the basic
situation of Han&39;s Laser Intelligent Equipment Group is introduced in detail, and the
external environment and industry environment of Han&39;s Laser Intelligent Equipment
Group are systematically analyzed by PEST method and Porter five force model
respectively.Based on the detailed description of the external opportunities and
threats faced by the Laser Intelligent Equipment Group, the SWOT analysis matrixof Han&39;s Laser Intelligent Equipment Group was developed on the basis of its
advantages and disadvantages.Finally, according to the operation status of Han&39;s
Laser Intelligent Equipment Group, the development strategy and development
strategy of the enterprise are formulated. At the same time for the effective
implementation of the development strategy, the organizational structure, human
resources, financial management, technology and management innovation and other
safeguard measures were discussed.
Through systematic analysis and research, this paper clarifies the development
strategy of Han&39;s Laser Intelligent Equipment Group to meet the needs of the
Group&39;s future sustainable, stable and rapid development.
