I 摘要 新中国已成立70周年,农业农村经济不断发展,传统农业经营主体模式与现代产 业经济、农村经济发展难以有效融合,共生共荣。时代在变,人的思想观念和理念也在 随之改变,经济实力相对较弱的农民开始共同出资组建专业合作社,经济实力较强的家 庭,兴建了家庭农场,还有一些企业家、创业者回到农村开办龙头企业,各种新型农业 经营主体已初具规模,逐渐成熟,成为农业产业发展的新型发展模式。党的十九大提出 了乡村振兴战略,并出台了实施意见,各地党委政府也结合实际情况出台了一系列支持 农村农业发展政策,新型农业经营主体得以快速、有效发展,新型农业经营主体的发展, 可以改变传统、低效的农业经济运营模式,进一步促进农业产业化发展。但是,新型农 业经营主体的发展也面临多重挑战,其中,自有资金不足,在一定程度上制约了新型农 业经营主体的发展。大量有利政策倾斜到农业农村产业发展上,给予各种补贴支持发展, 但是由于我国幅员面积大,人口多,不太可能完全满足新型农业经营主体的需求。需要 金融机构的金融支持,才能更好的助推新型农业经营主体的发展。A银行是涉农金融机 构,支持“三农”发展很多年,已成为支持农业产业发展的主力银行,在对新型农业经 营主体发展的支持过程中发挥着重要作用,同时也面临着同业的竞争压力。然而,新型 农业经营主体的周期长、不确定性因素多、风险大等特点使得A银行的支持新型农业经 营主体发展,拓展自身业务的想法陷入困境。 本文以A银行金融支持新型农业经营主体为主要研究对象,首先,梳理国内外学者 关于金融机构支持新型农业经营主体发展的研究成果,分析其金融支持新型农业经营主 体发展的相关理论观点,并在本文中加以运用,进行了阐述;其次,全面分析了A银行 支持新型农业经营体发展的现状,通过调研走访、座谈等方式,发现新型农业经营主体 发展速度很快,但是都有同样的困扰,自有资金不足,需要流动资金解其燃眉之急。然 后,通过对A银行金融支持新型农业经营主体内外部环境分析,发现A银行在支持新型 农业经营主体发展中还存在授信额度较低、贷款担保措施无法落实、金融支持相关产品 较少等问题。最后针对A银行支持新型农业经营主体发展存在的问题,通过借鉴国内外 以及其他金融机构的部分经验,结合A银行的自身实际,提出了金融支持新型农业经营 主体发展相关对策建议。 关键词:金融支持;新型农业经营主体;A银行 论文类型:专题研究 西南科技大学硕士学位论文 II Abstract Since the 70th anniversary of the founding of new China, the economy of agriculture and rural areas has been developing continuously. However, the characteristics of new agricultural operators, such as long cycle, many uncertain factors and high risks, make the idea of expanding business supported by bank A get into trouble. In this paper, A bank's financial support for new agricultural management main body as the main research object, first of all, combing the domestic and foreign scholars on financial institutions to support the new research achievements of agricultural management main body hair, analyze its financial support to the new theory about the development of the agricultural management main body, and add used in this article, expounded; Secondly, the current Abstract III situation of bank A's support for the development of new agricultural operators was comprehensively analyzed.
