II 摘要 近年来,国家政策对地理信息产业的大力支持持续推动着地理信息产业的发展, 社会经济的发展以及信息技术取得不断突破,助力我国地理信息产业从“十二五”期 间以来高速增长势头。在国家政策对新型地理信息产业服务企业的大力支持,以及测 绘地理信息行业的市场需求的不断扩展,GXBDX公司紧紧抓住广西地理信息测绘产 业快速发展的机遇。近年来业务规模不断扩大,人员需求急速扩大。这时,公司的人 力资源管理及相关工作就显得日益关键,其中,人员招聘工作作为企业人力资源战略 的基础,是企业实现快速发展的前提条件。特别是在当今的知识经济浪潮的背景下, 专业化的劳动者技能才能为企业带来强劲的竞争优势。但GXBDX公司的招聘工作未 能跟上公司发展的脚步,人才储备及人员需求满足陷入瓶颈。招聘的低效性使得岗位 人员到岗不及时,招聘缺乏专业性导致公司员工及求职者对人力资源满意度低下,也 在一定成程度上影响了企业形象。主要体现为公司岗位人员缺编现象严重,员工离职 率居高不下,工作氛围消极及拘谨。人才策略的缺失使得公司很难在激烈的人才竞争 中脱颖而出。本文以GXBDX公司作为研究对象,通过对GXBDX公司原有的招聘工 作进行分析,基于招聘过程存在的问题,招聘管理的影响因素进行分析,对员工及各 部门招聘满意度进行调查,发现GXBDX公司招聘由于缺乏人力资源规划导致招聘随 意性严重;公司不注重企业文化环境的建设导致招聘新人到岗后离职率高;招聘团队 专业性不高,使得公司难以通过招聘树立企业形象;招聘到岗的人才不足以满足企业 招聘需求;招聘渠道针对性有待完善,难以直接指向GXBDX公司的招聘对象。以及 招聘流程不清晰,缺乏系统性等问题。本文基于以上问题结合GXBDX公司发展战略 对公司招聘体系进行优化,从制定人力资源规划,培养招聘团队,营造良好企业文化 环境,扩宽招聘渠道以及优化招聘流程五个方面展开,使得招聘工作具有前瞻性、专 业性、周密性及系统性,真正服务于公司战略发展需要。 关键词:GXBDX人员招聘招聘体系体系优化 Abstract III Abstract Recentyears,thegovernment'spolicysupporttothegeographicinformationindustry hascontinuouslypromotedthedevelopmentofthegeographicinformationindustry.The developmentofsocialeconomyandinformationtechnologyhavemadecontinuous breakthroughs,whichhashelpedthegeographicinformationindustryinChinagrow rapidlysincethe12thFive-YearPlanperiod.Withthevigoroussupportofthenational policytothenewgeographicinformationindustryserviceenterprisesandthecontinuous expansionofthemarketdemandofthegeographicinformationindustry,GXBDX companyfirmlygraspstheopportunityofrapiddevelopmentofthegeographic informationsurveyandmappingindustryinGuangxi.Inrecentyears,thescaleofbusiness hasbeenexpanding,andthedemandforpersonnelhasexpandedrapidly.Humanresource managementisthekeytothesupplementoftalentsandthedevelopmentoforganizations. Asthebasisofhumanresourceplanning,talentrecruitmentistheprerequisitefortherapid developmentofenterprises.Especiallyinthecontextofthecurrentknowledgeeconomy tide,professionalworkers'skillscanbringstrongcompetitiveadvantagestoenterprises.
