I 摘要 随着我国经济的不断发展,家庭人均可支配收入也在不断的提高。在“知识改变 命运”“教育成就未来”“望子成龙”等观念的影响下,为了让子女升入好的学校, 家长加大了对子女的教育投资,这为我国培训机构的蓬勃发展提供了机会。由于中小 培训机构的进入门槛低,需要的资金数额不大,因此近年来中小培训机构数量的急速 上升,激烈的竞争导致该行业的人才频繁流动。Q公司作为一个中小培训机构,因公 司管理、氛围、人才发展等原因,导致公司的教师、管理人员等人才流失,影响了Q 公司的正常发展。因此,研究Q公司的人才流失现状,分析Q公司人才流失的原因, 会为Q公司缓解人才流失,提供公司竞争力,推动公司发展具有重要意义。 本文以Q公司为研究对象,在学习了解国内外人才流失研究现状的基础上,结合 Q公司的实际情况,运用马奇和西蒙模型、期望理论等理论依据对Q公司人才流失的 现状与原因进行分析,提出了相应的建议与对策。一是结合Q公司实际情况,阐述了 人才流失的相关概念、理论依据;二是结合Q公司实际情况,介绍了Q公司的发展现 状及人才流失现状,分析了人才流失的原因;三是结合Q公司的实际情况,从建立健 全公司管理机制、营造和谐的公司氛围、构建人才发展平台三个方面建立完善留人机 制。通过对Q公司人才流失的现象进行研究分析,希望对缓解同行业人才流失起到一 定的借鉴作用。 关键词:Q公司;人才流失;原因;建议 论文类型:案例分析 西南科技大学硕士学位论文 II ABSTRACT Asoureconomycontinuestogrow,sodoesthedisposableincomeperheadof household.Undertheinfluenceofsuchideasasknowledgechangesdestiny, educationmakesfuturesuccess,andsoon,parentshaveincreasedtheir investmentintheirchildren'seducationinordertogettheirchildreninto goodschoolsThishasprovidedanopportunityforthevigorousdevelopmentof traininginstitutionsinourcountry.Duetothelowentrythresholdofsmall andmedium-sizedtraininginstitutionsandthesmallamountoffundsneeded, thenumberofsmallandmedium-sizedtraininginstitutionshasincreased rapidlyinrecentyears.Qcompany,asasmallandmedium-sizedtraining institution,islosingitsteachersandmanagersbecauseofitsmanagement, atmosphereandtalentdevelopment.Therefore,itisofgreatsignificanceto studythestatusquoofQcompany'sbraindrainandanalyzethereasonsfor it,whichwillhelpQcompanytoalleviatethebraindrain,providecompetitive powerandpromotethedevelopmentofthecompany. ThispapertakesQcompanyastheresearchobject,onthebasisofstudying thecurrentsituationofbraindrainresearchathomeandabroad,andcombining theactualsituationofQcompany,basedonthetheoriesofMudgeeandSymon modelandexpectationtheory,thispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationand causesofthebraindraininQcompany,andadvancessomecorresponding suggestionsandcountermeasures.First,thepaperexpoundstherelatedconcepts andtheoreticalbasisofthebraindrainaccordingtotheactualsituationof Qcompany,andsecond,introducestheDevelopmentandbraindrainofQcompany, andanalyzesthereasonsofbraindrainaccordingtotheactualsituationof QcompanyThird,accordingtotheactualsituationofQcompany,itisnecessary toestablishandperfectthemechanismofpersonnelretentionfromthreeaspects: establishingandperfectingthemanagementmechanismofQcompany,building aharmoniousatmosphereofthecompany,andconstructingthetalentdevelopment platform.Throughtheresearchandanalysisofthephenomenonofbraindrain ofQcompany,wehopetoplayacertainreferenceroleinalleviatingthebrain drainofthesameindustry.
