社会经济的快速发展加剧了公司之间的竞争压力,公司技术实力与科研能力 作为增强公司竞争力的核心,其技术人员成为各公司发展与竞争的焦点。故此, 为了获取公司发展的核心竞争优势,越来越重视技术及其技术人员的成长与职业 发展,技术人才成长性对于公司未来的可持续发展至关重要。 本文展开对WPG公司的技术人员进行职业生涯规划的研究,无论是对公司 发展还是我国人才竞争力的综合提升都意义重大。WPG公司作为智慧水务产品 的研发、生产与销售,并集售后技术服务于一体,技术人员成为公司人力资源管 理的重点。首先,通过对相关文献的搜集与归纳,查阅了与技术人员以及职业生 涯规划等相关研究成果及理论观点,旨在作为本研究的理论依据与理论支撑。其 次,运用理论与实践相结合的方法,基于访谈提纲落实与技术人员进行线上与线 下的沟通交流,搜集职业生涯规划相关的问题,并对成因进行分析与研究,为本 次研究的解决问题奠基。再次,基于本文研究的管理理论,对技术人员职业生涯 规划的问题一一对应该落实了具体的改善方案,通过职业生涯规划的制度、职业 生涯规划体系以及搭建职业技能交流平台等措施,构建WPG公司技术人员的职 业生涯规划管理。 本文研究过程,综合运用了文献资料分析等相关研究方法,针对WPG公司 技术人员的职业生涯规划问题进行了系统的研究,得出了相关研究成果,希望能 够解决WPG公司人力资源管理问题,实现技术人员健康成长与职业发展。 关键词:技术人员;职业生涯;职业规划;人才梯队;职业路径; 1 ABSTRACT Therapiddevelopmentofsocietyandeconomyhasintensifiedthepressureof competitionbetweencompanies.Thecompany'stechnicalstrengthandscientific researchabilityarethecoretoenhancethecompetitivenessofthecompany,andits technicalpersonnelhavebecomethefocusofthedevelopmentandcompetitionof eachcompany.Therefore,inordertoobtainthecorecompetitiveadvantagesofthe company'sdevelopment,moreandmoreattentiontothegrowthandprofessional developmentoftechnologyandtechnicalpersonnel.Thegrowthoftechnicaltalentsis crucialtothefuturesustainabledevelopmentofthecompany. AstudyoncareerplanningfortechniciansofWPGcompanyiscarriedoutinthis paper,whichisofgreatsignificancetothedevelopmentofthecompanyandthe comprehensivepromotionofthecompetitivenessoftalentsinourcountry.WPG companyasintelligentwaterproductsR&D,productionandsales,andsetafter-sales technicalservicesinone,technicalpersonnelbecomethefocusofhumanresources management.Firstofall,throughthecollectionandinductionofrelevantliterature, thispaperreviewstherelevantresearchresultsandtheoreticalviewpoints,suchas technicalpersonnelandcareerplanning,inordertoserveasthetheoreticalbasisand theoreticalsupportofthisstudy.Secondly,usingthemethodofcombiningtheorywith practice,basedoninterviewoutline,wecancommunicatewithtechniciansonlineand offline,collectproblemsrelatedtocareerplanning,andanalyzeandstudythecauses. Laythefoundationforthesolutionofthisstudy.Thirdly,basedonthemanagement theorystudiedinthispaper,thespecificimprovementplanshouldbeimplementedto theproblemsofthetechnicalpersonnel'scareerplanning.Throughthesystemof careerplanning,careerplanningsystemandtheestablishmentofvocationalskills exchangeplatformandothermeasures,theconstructionofWPGcompany'stechnical personnelcareerplanningmanagement.
