摘要 随着互联网+、5G及其他新基础设施建设的不断发展,商业银行接受了第三 方支付公司以及银联、网联等清算组织架构变革带来的冲击。中国的商业银行 在长期以存款立行的经营思路大背景下面对的是民营银行或其他互联网金融机 构线上化运营所带来的对存款规模、负债成本、信贷发放方式、风险控制等的 影响。如何应对这样的影响,在当今国际银行业中未有经验可以借鉴。当前市 场上主要的应对方法,是通过技术革新、流程改造、服务提升等,以各家银行 “手机银行”APP为载体,做个人业务的线上化经营,力图从互联网金融机构中 抢回失去的个人存款市场资源。 本文试图从分析P银行切入,采用PEST-SWOT分析方法探讨另一种应对方法, 即利用存量优势特别是B端客户的优势在对公客户领域,通过创新支付手段与 支付账户体系,结合“网联”成立的现实状况,顺应监管提出的“断直联、禁 二清”的要求,提供资金流、信息流为一体,对公客户可以线上完成支付、银 行居间进行安全“见证”的支付全流程服务,在满足监管合规性要求的前提下, 采取差异化的竞争策略,为银行的发展另辟蹊径,闯出一条新的道路。 发力B端客户及采用“见证”支付模式创新的好处在于利用了银行金融网 络的安全性,减少了银行间、客户间清算的时间,提升了对公客户体验。与现 有市面上银行普遍采取的个人支付发展方向形成了差异化竞争优势。 关键词:互联网;支付模式;竞争策略;商业银行 Abstract Abstract WiththecontinuousdevelopmentofInternet+,5Gandothernewinfrastructure construction,commercialBankshaveacceptedtheimpactbroughtbythechangesin theorganizationalstructureofthird-partypaymentcompanies,unionpay,netunion andotherclearingorganizations.Inthecontextofthelong-termoperationideaof deposit-basedBanks,ChinesecommercialBanksareconfrontedwiththeimpactof theonlineoperationofprivateBanksorotherInternetfinancialinstitutionsonthe scaleofdeposits,thecostofliabilities,thewayofcreditissuanceandthecontrolof risks.Howtocopewithsuchanimpact,thereisnoexperienceintoday'sinternational bankingindustryforreference.Atpresent,themainsolutioninthemarketisto conductonlineoperationofpersonalbusinessbymeansoftechnologicalinnovation, processtransformationandserviceimprovement,taking"mobilebanking"appsof variousBanksasthecarrier,inanattempttograbbackthelostpersonaldeposit marketresourcesfromInternetfinancialinstitutions.
