I 摘要 随着国内制造业转型升级进程的加快,以及市场个性化需求的增加,制造业 企业产品更新换代的速度也逐渐加快,为应对需求转变和企业设备、人员的更新, 企业需要在研发、创新、管理等方方面面做出改进,尤其是企业的生产运作管理 的优化,是企业转型升级是否能够成功的关键。本文主要从生产运作管理角度进 行研究,对HTT公司的运作管理进行优化,对公司的可持续发展有重要意义。 本研究以HTT公司生产运营管理的实际问题为对象,综合运用了生产运作管 理相关研究方法展开具体研究。首先,归纳总结生产运作管理理论基础和前人研 究成果,具体从生产管理理论、质量管理理论、约束理论及供应链管理理论进行 了阐述;其次,分析HTT公司生产运作管理的现状和主要业务流程,并从生产管 理方面分析其存在的生产计划不完善、生产原则流程过于简单以及生产管理绩效 机制不完善等问题,从产品质量管理分析了其质量控制能力差、质量监管体系不 完善等问题,从生产库存管理分析其库存管理不规范、库存管理信息化程度低等 问题。接着,针对分析的问题,结合质量管理理论、精益管理理论、供应链管理 理论等对其生产运营管理进行规范和优化。最后,通过进一步明确生产运作管理 目标、制定科学合理的生产运作流程、采用先进的生产运作管理工具,改善HTT 公司生产运作管理过程中生产制作缺乏科学统筹的弊端。并通过采用全面质量管 理模式、强化产品库存管理等多个层面来优化HTT公司生产运作管理,由此进一 步提升HTT公司生产运作利润。 关键词:HTT公司;生产运作;成本管理;流程优化; 摘要 I Abstract Withtheaccelerationofthetransformationandupgradingprocessofdomestic manufacturingindustryandtheincreasingdemandforpersonalizedproductsinthe market,thespeedofproductupgradingofmanufacturingenterprisesisgradually accelerating.Inordertocopewiththetransformationofdemandandtherenewalof equipmentandpersonnel,enterprisesneedtodevelop,innovate,andImprovementsin managementandotheraspects,especiallytheoptimizationofproductionmanagement ofenterprises,arethekeytothesuccessofenterprisetransformationandupgrading. Thispapermainlystudiesfromtheperspectiveofproductionoperationmanagement, optimizestheoperationmanagementofHTTcompany,andisofgreatsignificanceto thecompany'ssustainabledevelopment.
