I 摘要 近些年来的信息化建设给我国的经济和社会发展带来了巨大的发展机遇,云 计算、大数据、5G 等信息化技术与传统产业融合越来越深,数字经济也正在成为 中国城市经济发展的重要引擎。伴随全国信息化发展一路走来的软件服务企业, 也在高速的市场和技术发展过程中面临着从以往的“拿来主义”转变为自主创新 的时代挑战和机遇,而创新最具挑战的环节在模糊前端。产品创新模糊前端管理 的研究在欧美国家研究较早,也得到广泛实践。但在中国该理论研究还处于发展 阶段,软件企业普遍对模糊前端概念及其管理还相当陌生。本论文研究的主要内 容是如何在软件产品创新前期的模糊阶段进行有效的管理,为全国众多软件科技 企业共同面临的问题提供参考。 论文以 W 公司为研究对象,采用了文献研究法、档案考察法、访谈法、问卷 法、现场实地法等研究方法,对软件产品创新的模糊前端管理的问题和改进进行 研究。首先,经过对产品创新理论、模糊前端理论和软件创新理论相关文献研究 建立了“产品创新绩效-模糊前端绩效-模糊前端管理”的理论基础;然后,从 W 公司的软件产品创新的绩效表现入手,通过问卷与访谈发现软件产品创新中存在 明显的开发严重超期、开发成本浪费、产品不受客户青睐以及产品投资回报不理 想的问题;接着,经分析诊断发现原因是模糊前端的绩效不到位所致,主要体现 在产品概念既不够完整清晰、又没得到验证,市场机会未被充分识别与评估,产 品创新的商业论证也不周全;进而,借助理论剖析问题根源在于软件产品创新的 前期阶段(即“模糊前端”)的管理失当,主要是缺乏模糊前端概念与管理体系、 组织不完善、管理过程薄弱错位以及技术方法的缺失;最后,结合了前人的研究 理论与 W 公司的实际情况,设计了一套针对政企客户市场软件产品创新的模糊前 端管理方案及配套保障措施,帮助 W 公司通过提升产品创新模糊前端的管理水平 来提升产品创新的成效。 本文为 W 公司分析出了模糊前端的问题,并结合相关理论为 W 公司设计了模 糊前端管理改进方案。该方案对软件产品、模糊前端和敏捷管理的相关理论进行 了融合,对理论研究是非常具有创新价值的,也对于中国数字经济代下的众多信 息化服务企业在软件产品创新模糊前端的管理实践方面具有重要的参考意义。 关键词:模糊前端(FFE),软件产品创新,新概念开发(NCD),敏捷管理ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT In recent years, the informatization construction has brought great development opportunities to China's economic and social development. The integration of cloud computing, big data, 5G and other information technologies with traditional industries is becoming deeper and deeper. Digital economy is also becoming an important engine for China's urban economic development. Along with the development of national information technology, software service enterprises are also facing the challenge and opportunity of transforming from the past "Just Imitate" to independent innovation in the process of high-speed market and technology development. The most challenging part of innovation is fuzzy front-end. The research on fuzzy front-end management of product innovation has been studied earlier in European and American countries, and has been widely practiced. But in China, the theoretical research is still in the stage of development, and in the practice of domestic software enterprises, the concept of fuzzy front-end and its management are still quite unfamiliar. This article’s main research content is how to effectively manage the early stage of software product innovation, providing a reference for the common problem faced by many software enterprises in China. This paper takes W company as an example, and studies the problems and improvement of product innovation fuzzy front-end management. It adopts the research methods of literature research, file investigation, interview, questionnaire, on-the-spot method. First of all, the theoretical basis of "product innovation performance fuzzy front-end performance fuzzy front-end management" is established through the literature research on product innovation theory, fuzzy front-end theory and software innovation theory. Then, starting from the performance of W company's software product innovation, through questionnaire and interviews, it is found that there are obvious problems in software product innovation, such as serious overdue development, waste of development cost, product not favored by customers and poor return on product investment. Afterwards, the diagnosis found that the reason is the performance of fuzzy front-end is not in place, mainly reflected in the product concept is not complete and clear, and has not been verified, the market opportunity has not been fully identified and evaluated, and the business case of product innovation is notABSTRACT III comprehensive. With the help of theoretical analysis, it is found that the root of the problem lies in the improper management of the early stage of software product innovation ("fuzzy front-end"), mainly due to the lack of fuzzy front-end concept and management system, imperfect organization, weak management process and lack of technical methods. Lastly, combined with the previous research theory and the actual situation of W company, a set of fuzzy front-end management plan and supporting measures for software product innovation of government and enterprise customer market are designed to help W company improve the effect of product innovation by improving the management level of fuzzy front-end of product innovation. This paper analyzes the problem of fuzzy front-end for W company, and designs the improvement scheme of fuzzy front-end management based on relevant theories. The scheme integrates the theories of software product, fuzzy front end and agile management, which is of great innovative value to theoretical research. It also has important reference significance for many information service enterprises in the era of digital economy in China in the management practice of fuzzy front-end of software product innovation.
