仓储系统的基本功能是提供物品的存储功能,是现代物流运输中必不可少的 一部分。随着土地及建设成本的不断增加,对仓储能力的要求也越来越高,仓储 系统日益朝着紧致化趋势发展。同时,随着订单数量增加、客户需求周期缩短, 对仓储工作人员的工作时间以及工作效率提出了更高的要求,仓储的效率在供应 链整体效率中占据重要部分,这意味着必须要支付给仓储工作人员更高的工资, 无疑增加了成本,以上因素使得企业对于自动化仓储的需求更为迫切。 本研究从如何提高物流企业仓储效率角度出发,基于仓储紧致化的视角研究 自动化仓储的相关问题,对自动化仓储系统中的三维紧致化系统进行研究。首先 论文对现阶段仓储系统的设计运作和三维紧致化自动存取系统的相关理论研究成 果进行了系统而全面的梳理,引出本研究的目的。其次论文采取双命令存储模式, 即存储货物和拣取货物同时发生,通过研究在双命令存储模式下系统预期行程时 间,建立期望时间模型,确定三维紧致化存储系统出入口最佳位置。其三,论文 针对位于货架底端中点的系统出入口,通过建立双命令周期下的系统期望行程时 间模型,考虑存储系统出入口位于货架底端中点位置并采取双命令周期存储模式 时,为使仓储空间得到最大化利用,对系统货架尺寸进行了优化设计。论文研究 对于切实提高物流企业仓储运作效率、降低成本提供了理论上的指导和实践参考 借鉴。 关键词:仓储管理;自动存储系统;出入口位置;货架尺寸 武汉科技大学硕士学位论文 II Abstract Thebasicfunctionofthewarehousingsystemistoprovidethestoragefunctionof items,whichisanindispensablepartofmodernlogisticsandtransportation.Withthe continuousincreaseoflandandconstructioncosts,therequirementsforstoragecapacity arealsogettinghigherandhigher,andthestoragesystemisbecomingmoreandmore compact.Atthesametime,withtheincreaseinthenumberofordersandtheshortening ofthecustomerdemandcycle,higherrequirementsareplacedontheworkingtimeand efficiencyofwarehousingstaff.Theefficiencyofwarehousingoccupiesanimportant partoftheoverallefficiencyofthesupplychain,whichmeansthatitmustbepaidtoThe highersalaryofwarehousingstaffwillundoubtedlyincreasethecost.Theabovefactors maketheenterprise'sdemandforautomatedwarehousingmoreurgent. Inthisthesis,fromtheperspectiveofhowtoimprovethestorageefficiencyof logisticsenterprises,basedontheperspectiveofstoragecompactiontostudyrelated issuesofautomatedstorage,thethree-dimensionalcompactionsystemintheautomated storagesystemisstudied.Firstofall,thethesissystematicallyandcomprehensively combsthedesignandoperationofthestoragesystematthisstageandtherelevant theoreticalresearchresultsofthethree-dimensionalcompactautomaticaccesssystem, leadingtothepurposeofthisresearch.Secondly,thethesisadoptsthedualcommand storagemode,thatis,thestorageofgoodsandthepickingofgoodsoccuratthesame time.Bystudyingtheexpectedtraveltimeofthesysteminthedualcommandstorage mode,theexpectedtimemodelisestablishedtodeterminetheoptimalpositionofthe three-dimensionalcompactstoragesystementrance.Third,thethesisaimsatthesystem entranceandexitlocatedatthemidpointofthebottomoftheshelf,byestablishingthe systemexpectedtraveltimemodelunderthedoublecommandcycle,consideringthe storagesystementranceandexitislocatedatthemidpointofthebottomoftheshelfand adoptsthedualcommandcyclestoragemode,inordertomakeThestoragespaceis maximizedandthesystemsizeisoptimized.Thethesisresearchprovidestheoretical
