加强民营企业文化建设,增强民营企业凝聚力,提高民营企业的 经营业绩,增强民营企业的核心竞争力,促进其快速、健康、稳步的 发展,使民营企业长期在竞争中保持优势地位,这是中国特色社会主 义发展的需要。所以构建与民营企业发展相匹配的企业文化,研究企 业文化建设对民营企业核心竞争力的提升路径研究显得十分重要。就 实际来看,我国民营企业大部分是由家族小工厂发展而来,目前面临 着巨大的挑战,特别是企业做大做强之后,文化建设的缺失直接影响 其发展。因此,寻找发展的出路,探讨企业文化建设提升民营企业核 心竞争力的路径,对于民营企业的发展具有很强的理论以及实践价 值。 本文以X集团为案例,深入探讨了企业文化建设对民营企业核心 竞争力的提升路径。首先收集企业文化与企业核心竞争力的中外相关 文献,对企业文化和企业核心竞争力的相关理论及关系作用进行分 析,认为企业文化从六个方面作用于核心竞争力,企业文化是企业核 心竞争力的基础,核心竞争力是企业文化的表现形式;其次对X集团 各个阶段发展历程进行阐述,分析各个阶段发展过程中遇到的困境, 提出X集团企业文化建设提升核心竞争力的路径,并以此为基础提出 文化建设推进企业核心竞争力的对策。 最后对本文的观点、结论进行总结,得出文化建设是支撑企业核 X集团企业文化建设对核心竞争力的提升路径研究 心竞争力的基础,文化建设通过四条路径提升民营企业核心竞争力; 并指出需要进一步研究的方向和民营企业发展的研究启示。 关键词:核心竞争力,企业文化建设,路径,X集团 X集团企业文化建设对核心竞争力的提升路径研究 STUDY ON THE PROMOTION PATH OF X GROUP’S CORPORATE CULTURE CONSTRUCTION TO ITS CORE COMPETITIVENESS ABSTRACT It is necessary for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics to strengthen the construction of private enterprise culture, enhance the cohesion of private enterprises, improve the business performance of private enterprises, enhance the core competitiveness of private enterprises, promote their rapid, healthy and steady development, and enable private enterprises to maintain an advantageous position in the competition for a long time. Therefore, it is very important to build a corporate culture that matches the development of private enterprises, and to study how corporate culture construction improves the core competitiveness of private enterprises. As a matter of fact, most of China's private enterprises are developed from small family factories, and now they are faced with huge challenges. Especially after enterprises become bigger and stronger, the lack of cultural construction directly affects their development. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical value for the development of private enterprises to seek the way out of development and explore the way of enterprise culture construction to enhance the core competitiveness of private enterprises. X集团企业文化建设对核心竞争力的提升路径研究 Taking X group as an example, this paper deeply discusses the promotion path of corporate culture construction to the core competitiveness of private enterprises. First collect the enterprise culture and enterprise core competitive ability of Chinese and foreign literature, to the enterprise culture and enterprise core competitiveness effect is analyzed, the relevant theory and relationship of that enterprise culture ACTS on the core competitiveness from six aspects, the enterprise culture is the foundation of enterprise core competitiveness, core competitiveness is the enterprise culture form; Secondly, it elaborates on the development process of X group in each stage, analyzes the difficulties encountered in the development process of each stage, puts forward the path to improve the core competitiveness of X group's enterprise culture construction, and based on this, puts forward the countermeasures to promote the core competitiveness of X group's enterprise culture construction. Finally, the author summarizes the viewpoints and conclusions of this paper, and concludes that cultural construction is the foundation to support the core competitiveness of enterprises, and cultural construction can improve the core competitiveness of private enterprises through four ways. It also points out the direction of further research and the enlightenment of the development of private enterprises.
