在当今经济全球化的背景下，信息传播迅速，技术更新迭代，机遇与挑战并 存，每个企业都面临着前所未有的激烈竞争。处于这种复杂多变的市场环境中， 企业必须比竞争对手拥有更强大更持久的动态学习能力才能立于不败之地。 本文致力于通过案例研究分析动态学习能力对企业绩效的影响路径。在梳理 前人对动态能力理论及其与企业绩效的关系的基础上，运用案例研究法，以内蒙 古远兴能源股份有限公司为研究对象，通过对其2008-2018年的数据资料进行纵向 研究，从“位势——流程——路径”三个要素对动态学习能力的培育进行分析， 进一步探索动态学习能力对企业绩效的影响路径。通过对案例的分析研究发现， 动态学习能力对企业绩效的影响路径是通过特定的维度传导的。处在复杂动态环 境中的企业通过动态学习能力影响企业绩效的路径可以总结为：通过“位势—— 流程——路径”三个要素在原有资源基础上对动态学习能力进行重新构建和培育， 通过整合形成企业的特性优势，运用特性优势增强企业的整体竞争力，形成良好 的绩效表现。 企业要想在激烈的环境中保持持续竞争优势，应当在已有资源的基础上继续 构建和培育随着环境变迁而自主进行学习、整合和重构的动态学习能力，最终有 助于企业形成优质的特性优势。促进企业绩效的提升和市场竞争力的增强。 关键词：动态学习能力，位势，流程，路径，企业绩效 II Abstract Under the background of today's economic globalization, the information dissemination is rapid, the technology renewal iteration, the opportunity and the challenge coexist, each enterprise faces the unprecedented fierce competition. In this complex and changeable market environment, enterprises must have stronger and more lasting dynamic learning ability than their competitors in order to be invincible. This paper aims to analyze the influence path of dynamic learning ability on enterprise performance through case study. On the basis of combing the previous theories of dynamic ability and its relationship with enterprise performance, using case study method, taking Inner Mongolia Yuan xing Energy Co., Ltd as the research object, through the longitudinal study of its data from 2008 to 2018, this paper analyzes the cultivation of dynamic learning ability from the three dimensions of "potential-process-path ", and further explores the influence path of dynamic learning ability on enterprise performance. Through the analysis of cases, it is found that the influence path of dynamic learning ability on enterprise performance is transmitted through specific dimensions. The way that enterprises in complex dynamic environment influence enterprise performance through dynamic learning ability can be summarized as follows: reconstructing and cultivating dynamic learning ability on the basis of original resources through three dimensions of "potential-process-path ", forming enterprise characteristic advantage through integration, using characteristic advantage to enhance enterprise's overall competitiveness, and then forming good performance. If the enterprise wants to maintain the continuous competitive advantage in the fierce environment, it should continue to construct and cultivate the dynamic learning ability of learning, integrating and reconstructing independently with the change of the environment on the basis of the existing resources, which will eventually help the enterprise to form the high quality characteristic advantage.
