II 摘要 本论文针对 D5 企业目前面临的体制转型逐渐加速,业务量不断增大,市场竞争日 趋激烈的状况,发现传统型现场管理手段已不能满足 D5 企业高速发展的需要,D5 企业 急需一套现代化的有效的管理模式来规范企业的管理,创建起优秀的企业文化,获得用 户信赖,从而增强企业的综合竞争力。我们以此为目标,研究了 6S 管理模式在 D5 企业 的现场管理中是否适用,以及该如何应用的问题,期望建立起适合并能应用于 D5 企业 的 6S 管理模式。 首先,我们从研究课题的背景和意义入手,分析和搜集国内外有关 6S 管理模式的 研究情况,掌握目前国内外对 6S 管理模式在企业内应用的现状,确定研究的总体思路。 然后,我们对 6S 管理模式及相关质量管理方法进行分析,了解 6S 管理模式的特点和优 势,继而结合 D5 企业自身的业务特点,我们找出 D5 企业目前现场管理方面出现的问题, 并分析其原因,根据其出现的具体问题制定适合于 D5 企业自身的 6S 管理模式的应用方 案,并且制定相关监管及考评体系,指出 D5 企业应用 6S 管理模式的过程应该注意的地 方,为企业实施 6S 管理模式奠定了坚实的基矗最后,我们考虑到日后 6S 管理模式在 该企业的推进和实施的过程中,难免会因为产业环境、业务变化等因素产生阶段性的调 整,我们对这些应用的细节上进行处理,并提出该企业在具体推进过程中应对 6S 管理 模式不断加以总结和研究,进一步完善适用于该企业的整套 6S 管理模式的方案。 关 键 词:光电企业 现场管理 6S 管理模式 企业管理 论文类型:应用基础英文摘要 III ABSTRACT In this thesis, in view of the system transformation that D5 enterprises are facing is accelerating, business volume is increasing and market competition is becoming more and more intense. It is found that traditional on-site management methods can no longer meet the needs of high-speed development of D5 enterprises. D5 enterprises urgently need a modern and effective management mode to standardize the management of enterprises, create an excellent enterprise culture, obtain user trust, and increase strong overall competitiveness of enterprises.With this aim, we study whether 6S management mode is applicable in D5 enterprise's field management. We expect to establish a 6S management mode suitable for and applicable to D5 enterprises. First of all, we start from the background and significance of the research topic, analyze and collect the research situation of 6S management mode at home and abroad, master the current situation of the application of 6S management mode in enterprises at home and abroad, and determine the overall idea of the research. Then, we analyze the 6S management mode and related quality management methods, understand the characteristics and advantages of 6S management mode, and then combined with the business characteristics of D5 enterprises, we find out the problems in the field management of D5 enterprises, and analyze the reasons. According to the specific problems, we formulate the application scheme of 6S management mode suitable for D5 enterprises, and formulate The thesis points out that D5 enterprises should pay attention to in the process of applying 6S management mode, which lays a solid foundation for enterprises to implement 6S management mode. Finally, considering that in the process of promoting and implementing the 6S management mode in the future, it is inevitable that there will be phased adjustments due to industrial environment, business changes and other factors. We deal with the details of these applications, and propose that the enterprise should constantly summarize and study the 6S management mode in the specific promotion process, so as to further improve the whole set applicable to the enterprise 6S management mode.
