随着中国经济的高质量发展与经济全球化进程的加快,用户对产品的需求越 来越趋于定制化与小批量化,传统备货型(MTS)的生产制造已经不能适应当前的市 场实际,因此,以顾客订单为依据,以满足用户需求为主要生产模式的订货型 (MTO)生产逐渐成为了制造企业适应激烈市场竞争的最优选择。 钛阳极产品是西安TJ公司的三大支柱产品之一,钛阳极产品的生产类型为订 货型(MTO)生产。钛阳极产品不能准时交货是西安TJ公司当前在钛阳极产品生 产过程中面对的最大问题。既然钛阳极产品不能准时交货,那么在钛阳极产品的 生产过程中肯定有制约钛阳极产品准时产出的因素存在。 本研究在采用准时采购措施保证原材料及时到货与到货质量可靠的前提下, 构建了钛阳极产品基于MRPⅡ与TOC的生产计划编制体系。MRPⅡ在企业生产 计划编制中负责厂级作业计划,进行物料需求计划运算;TOC在企业生产计划编 制中负责车间级作业计划,进行瓶颈资源的生产作业计划编制。厂级生产作业计 划的对象为原材料、毛坯和零件;[1]车间级生产作业计划的计划对象为工序。[1]确 定机器上工件的加工顺序是作业计划要解决的主要问题,本研究在编制瓶颈资源 上的生产作业计划时,以FCFS、SPT、EDD及LPT四种优先派工法则为基础,运 用关联矩阵法确定出采用EDD法则作为瓶颈资源的优先派工法则对解决产品的延 期交货问题效果最优。 本研究在采用了准时采购和基于MRPⅡ与TOC的生产计划编制体系后,2019 年9月与2019年10月钛阳极产品实际生产过程中的生产数据表明:采购原材料 的及时到货率与钛阳极产品的准时交货情况有了明显地改善。据此说明了:在采 用准时采购保证原材料及时到货与到货质量可靠的前提下,基于MRPⅡ与TOC的 生产计划编制体系对西安TJ公司钛阳极产品的准时交货起到了明显地优化效果, 对西安TJ公司其他产品的准时交货提供了一种参考。 关键词:准时采购MRPⅡ与TOC关联矩阵法准时交货 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 Studyontheoptimizationofon-timedeliveryoftitanium anodeproductsinxi'anTJcompany Specialty:MasterofBusinessAdministration Author:Chengxiaowei Supervisor:Prof.Fangyongheng Abstract WiththehighqualitydevelopmentofChineseeconomyandthespeedingupof economicglobalization,theuserdemandforproductsismoreandmoretendtobe customizedwithsmallmass,themanufactureofthetraditionalstocktype(MTS) alreadycannotadapttothecurrentmarketpractice,therefore,basedoncustomerorders, tomeetuserneedsasthemainmodeofproductionordertype(MTO)production graduallybecomeamanufacturingenterprisetoadapttothefiercemarketcompetition oftheoptimalchoice.
