供应链金融已成为当前商业银行业务主要发展方向,也是银行核心竞争力 的重要体现。广西作为西南省份其供应链金融具有自身区域经济特征。结合城商 行体量小,但相对灵活的特点。在面对互联网以及科技金融的高速发展,市场情 况的不断复杂剧变,商业模式的不停创新的情况下,如何在供应链金融这一强调 规模化效应但又是现代银行发展公司业务必然板块的业务中谋得自己的生存空 间是城商行必须分析和研究的问题。 本论文首先通过文献研究和比较分析等方法,收集国内外供应链金融研究, 阐述相关理论,以此作为研究理论基础。然后,立足广西地方经济特色以及G银 行的城商行和自身特性,分析G银行供应链金融业务现状以及调整发展的必要 性。再从所面的临困难着手,结合在一线营销拓展过程中搜集的各项数据,提出 G银行供应链金融发展中整体规模较小,难以形成规模效应的主要问题。进一步 剖析,归纳总结出其组织架构有待完善、人员专业性培养不足,资金技术投入有 限、内部信息整合需提升,获客渠道窄、规模拓展不足,应收账款管理和风险管 理模型能力不足,供应链核心产业化拓展不足五个主要原因。最后,在保持特色 化、差异化经营模式的基础上,对G银行供应链金融业务的后续发展提出具有现 实意义的措施建议,包括完善供应链金融组织架构及差异化授权,强化自身信息 技术建设、挖掘内部信息价值,拓展同业及金融科技外部渠道合作,探索区块链 等供应链创新技术应用,以广西地方产业为基础推行特色供应链金融模式。 综上,在新的金融发展形势下,G银行的供应链金融发展面临着内、外部挑 战,现有模式难以满足市场和自身发展的要求,需要按照区域与城商行特点,探 索产业化、系统化的发展模式,提升供应链金融业务整体规模,扩大在所属区域 的金融辐射能力,进而塑造和打造具有自身鲜明特色的区域性供应链金融品牌。 关键词:供应链金融;城市商业银行;广西; II Research on Supply Chain Finance Development of Guangxi G Bank Abstract Supply chain finance has become the main development direction of the current commercial banking business and an important manifestation of the bank's core competitiveness. Guangxi, as a southwestern province, has its own regional economic characteristics in its supply chain finance. Combined with the small size of city commercial banks, it is relatively flexible. In the face of the rapid development of the Internet and technology finance, the continuous complexity of the market situation, and the constant innovation of business models, how to emphasize the scale effect in supply chain finance, but it is an inevitable segment of modern bank development company business Obtaining your own living space in the business is an issue that city commercial banks must analyze and study. This thesis first collects domestic and foreign research on supply chain finance through literature research and comparative analysis, and expounds relevant theories as the theoretical basis for research. Then, based on the local economic characteristics of Guangxi and the commercial bank of G Bank and its own characteristics, it analyzes the current status of G Bank's supply chain financial business and the need for adjustment and development. Starting from the difficulties faced, combined with the data collected during the first-line marketing expansion process, the overall scale of G Bank's supply chain financial development is small, and it is difficult to form the main problem of scale effect. Further analysis, concluded that its organizational structure needs to be improved, personnel professional training is insufficient, capital and technology investment is limited, internal information integration needs to be improved, customer acquisition channels are narrow, scale expansion is insufficient, and account receivable management and risk management model capabilities are insufficient. There are less than five main reasons for the core industrialization of the supply chain. Finally, III on the basis of maintaining a distinctive and differentiated business model, it proposes practical measures for the follow-up development of G Bank’s supply chain financial business, including improving the supply chain financial organization structure and differentiated authorization, and strengthening its own information technology construction. To explore the value of internal information, expand cooperation with peers and external channels of financial technology, explore the application of innovative technologies in supply chains such as blockchain, and promote a unique supply chain financial model based on local industries in Guangxi. In summary, under the new financial development situation, G Bank’s supply chain financial development is facing internal and external challenges. The existing model is difficult to meet the requirements of the market and its own development. It is necessary to explore industrialization and systems according to the characteristics of regional and urban commercial banks. The development model of improving the overall scale of the supply chain financial business, expanding the financial radiation capacity in the region, and then shaping and building its own distinctive regional supply chain financial brand.
