I 摘要 经济新常态下国内的钢铁产能过剩,生产成本大幅增加,钢铁行业的亏损普遍严 重等不利因素致使钢铁行业进入了“冰冻期”。通过钢铁主业规模的扩张已经无法实 现可持续发展,钢铁产业深度调整势在必行,发展非钢产业已然成为JG集团在新时 代背景下的战略选择。JG集团亟需采取一系列发展变革新举措,而在集团各项管理 工作中,要成为行业内佼佼者,只有找到适合JG集团非钢产业发展的战略,才能实 现更长远发展,重新定位非钢产业的发展战略,才能使JG集团在严酷的市场竞争之 中立于不败之地,适度通过多元发展战略,实现钢铁主业与非钢产业协调发展是不错 的选择。基于此,本文将研究问题聚焦到JG集团非钢产业发展战略的影响因素层面, 系统深入地研究JG集团非钢产业发战略制定的影响因素,以期有针对性地为JG集 团非钢产业的发展优化提供政策建议。 本文通过与JG集团非钢产业发展密切相关的利益相关方进行深度访谈,深入 JG集团非钢企业搜集一手资料,并借助NVivo10软件及时对资料进行编码分析,深 度挖掘JG集团非钢产业发展战略的影响因素,并在内容分析法相关理论的指引下进 行核心因素的归纳与判别。研究结果显示:JG集团非钢产业发展战略的影响因素包 括制度环境、品牌价值、人力资源和文化创新四个维度,具体包含社会发展、体制机 制、管理体系、品牌定位、品牌架构、品牌建设、人才结构、绩效考评、价值观念、 文化引领等10个影响因素,其中体制机制、品牌建设和绩效考评所包含的节点数明 显高于其它,是核心影响因素。结合研究结果与JG集团非钢产业发展的实际,本文 从影响因素的四个维度出发,有针对性地提出:首先,应该盘活内部资源,全面引入 市场机制。其次,提升产业关联度,强化核心竞争力。再次,增加人才投入,引进和 培养并重。最后,创新品牌价值文化,加快转变发展模式。 本文深入研究了JG集团非钢产业的发展战略,并基于扎根理论挖掘发展战略制 定的影响因素,探索性地构建起了JG集团非钢产业发展战略的影响因素模型,丰富 了钢铁企业非钢产业发展战略的理论研究成果,有力指导了相关产业的实践。但需要 说明的是,本文限定的研究对象是JG集团,不能确保本文所得出的非钢产业发展战 略的影响因素模型也同样在其他钢铁企业适用,理论模型的适用性有待于进行进一步 地检验,未来如果有条件还需在其他不同情境中进行研究,以期完善本文的理论模型。 另外,本文只是基于扎根理论对JG集团非钢产业发展战略的影响因素进行了系统地 挖掘,后期还需要借助大样本对相关影响因素之间的关系以及作用机理进行深入研 究。 关 键 词:非钢产业,发展战略,影响因素,扎根理论 ABSTRACT III ABSTRACT The iron and steel industry has entered a "freezing period" due to unfavorable factors such as overcapacity in domestic steel production, huge increase in production costs and widespread losses in the steel industry under the new economic normal. Against this background, the JG Iron and Steel Group vigorously develop related industries. Previously, the industries that mainly relied on subsidies from the steel industry of the Group successively expanded their markets to the outside world and "feed themselves". Through the expansion of the main steel industry, the sustainable development can no longer be achieved. The development of the non-steel industry has become a strategic choice for the JG Iron and Steel Group in the new era. JG Iron and Steel is urgently required to adopt a series of new measures for development and change. In order to become a leader in the industry, only by finding a strategy suitable for the development of non-steel industry in JG can we achieve long-term development and re-orient the development strategy of non-steel industry so that JG Iron & Steel Group can stand firm in the harsh market competition Undefeated, moderate through the diversified development strategy, to achieve the coordinated development of steel industry and non-steel industry is a good choice. Based on this, this dissertation focuses on the influencing factors in the development strategy of non-steel industry in JG and systematically and deeply studies the influencing factors of the development of non-steel industry in JG, in order to target the development of non-steel industry Optimize to provide policy advice. Through in-depth interviews with stakeholders closely related to the development of non-steel industry in JG Iron & Steel Co, Ltd., the Company collected in-depth information from non-steel enterprises in JG Iron and Steel Co, Ltd. and used NVivo10 software to conduct coding analysis on the data in time to deeply tap the development strategy of non- Influencing factors, and inducing and distinguishing the core factors under the guidance of the relevant theories of content analysis. The results show that the influencing factors of non-steel industry development strategy include four dimensions: institutional environment, brand value, human resources and cultural innovation, including social development, institutional mechanism, management system, brand positioning, brand structure, brand building, Talent structure, performance appraisal, values and culture leading. Based on the research results and the actual development of non-steel industry in JG Iron and Steel Group, this article from the four dimensions of influencing factors, put forward in a targeted manner: First, we should revitalize the internal resources, the full introduction of the market mechanism. Second, to enhance industry relevance and strengthen core competitiveness. Once again, increase personnel input, introduction and training both. Finally, innovate the brand value culture and accelerate the transformation of development mode. In this paper, the development strategy of non-steel industry in JG Iron and Steel Group is deeply studied, and the influencing factors of development strategy are tapped based on grounded theory. The influential factors of Jinsteel's non-steel industry development strategy are exploratively constructed, which enriches the non- Industrial development strategy theory research results, effectively guide the practice of related industries. However, it needs to be clarified that the research subject defined in this article is JG Iron & Steel Co, Ltd, and can not ensure that the model of influencing factors for the development strategy of non-steel industry obtained in this paper is also applicable to other steel enterprises. The applicability of the theoretical model needs to be further examined In the future, if conditions are still to be studied in other different situations, in order to improve the theoretical model of this article. In addition, the paper only systematically excavated the influencing factors of Jinsteel's non-steel industry development strategy based on the grounded theory. In the latter part of the paper, it is necessary to do further research on the relationship and the mechanism of the related factors with the help of large samples.
