-I- 摘要 人口老龄化问题日益加剧,二胎政策完全放开,养老问题已成为社会重点关注 的问题之一,是关乎社会发展的主要民生问题,目前我国基本养老保障体系难以解 决人口老龄化带来的根本需求。党的十九大以来,民生问题一直是国家的重点关注 问题,国家逐步出台和落实了诸多相关保障措施。商业养老保险作为国内养老保障 体系的第三支柱,是进一步解决我国养老问题需求的后备力量,具有可观的发展前 景和发展潜力。随着保险行业的市场开放程度越来越高,养老服务机构增多,企业 年金代理机构增多,泰康养老秦皇岛区域中心在发展上遇到了瓶颈和挑战,如何应 对日益激烈的市场竞争,改变传统的经营管理模式,是公司需要考虑的首要问题。 本文通过对泰康养老保险秦皇岛区域中心发展的内、外环境分析,制定了针对泰康 养老保险秦皇岛区域中心具有竞争力、持续稳定的阶段性发展战略。 首先,本文从战略管理和养老保险两方面阐述了保险行业的国内外发展现状。 其次,通过对泰康养老保险秦皇岛区域中心的外部环境、内部环境的分析,找 出企业的发展优劣势,判断企业的发展机遇。 再次,结合公司现状和面临的内外部环境,确定泰康养老秦皇岛区域中心的总 体战略为发展型战略,公司需要紧抓外部机遇,创造发展机会;克服内部困难,优 化整合资源。同时将战略进行细化,制定出精品战略、品牌战略、人才战略、差异 性战略等四个具体战略实施方案,为公司发展提供切实可行路径。 最后,结合所处的区域环境和面临的相关政策法规,从内部运营管理、优化财 务管理和各部门协同管理、完善人力资源体系、强化信息技术、大数据和互联网营 销、建立客户服务运营体系六个方面实施强化保障,确保发展战略的顺利高效实施。 关键词:保险业;养老保险;发展战略;PEST模型;SWOT分析 燕山大学工商管理硕士学位论文 -II- Abstract Theproblemofpopulationagingisbecomingmoreandmoreserious,thepolicyof secondchildiscompletelyliberalized,andtheproblemofold-agecarehasbecomeoneof thekeyissuesofsocialconcern.Atpresent,China'sbasicold-agesecuritysystemis difficulttosolvethefundamentalneedsofpopulationaging.Sincethe19thNational CongressoftheParty,people'slivelihoodhasbeenakeyconcernofthestate,andthestate hasgraduallyintroducedandimplementedmanyrelevantsafeguardmeasures.Asthethird pillarofthedomesticold-agesecuritysystem,commercialold-ageinsuranceisthereserve forcetofurthersolvethedemandofpensionproblemsinChina,andhasconsiderable developmentprospectsandpotential.Withtheincreasingdegreeofmarketopeninginthe insuranceindustry,theincreaseofpensionserviceinstitutions,theincreaseofenterprise annuityagencies,thedevelopmentofTaikangEndowmentQinhuangdaoRegionalCenter hasencounteredbottlenecksandchallenges,howtodealwiththeincreasinglyfierce marketcompetition,Changingthetraditionalmanagementmodelisthefirstproblemthat thecompanyneedstoconsider.Throughtheanalysisoftheinternalandexternal environmentofthedevelopmentoftheQinhuangdaoRegionalCenterforTaikang EndowmentInsurance,thispaperformulatesacompetitiveandsustainabledevelopment strategyfortheQinhuangdaoRegionalCenterforTaikangEndowmentInsurance. Firstofall,thispaperexpoundsthecurrentsituationofinsuranceindustryathome andabroadfromtheaspectsofstrategicmanagementandold-ageinsurance. Secondly,throughtheanalysisoftheexternalenvironmentandinternalenvironment oftheQinhuangdaoregionalcenterofTaikangpensioninsurance,wecanfindoutthe advantagesanddisadvantagesofthedevelopmentofenterprisesandjudgethe developmentopportunitiesofenterprises. Thirdly,combinedwiththecurrentsituationofthecompanyandtheinternaland externalenvironment,theoverallstrategyofTaikangOld-ageQinhuangdaoRegional Centerisdeterminedasadevelopmentalstrategy.Thecompanyneedstograspexternal opportunitiesandcreatedevelopmentopportunities;overcomeinternaldifficulties. Abstract -III- Optimizeandintegrateresources.Atthesametime,thestrategyisrefined,andfour specificstrategicimplementationplans,suchasfinequalitystrategy,brandstrategy,talent strategyanddifferencestrategy,areworkedouttoprovideapracticalpathforthe developmentofthecompany. Finally,combinedwiththeregionalenvironmentandtherelevantpoliciesand regulations,fromtheinternaloperationmanagement,optimizethefinancialmanagement andthecoordinatedmanagementofvariousdepartments,improvethehumanresources system,strengtheninformationtechnology,bigdataandInternetmarketing,establish customerserviceoperationsystemsixaspectstoensurethesmoothandefficient implementationofthedevelopmentstrategy.
