当前阶段我国市场经济进入新常态阶段之后,企业之间的竞争逐步转化为人才的 竞争。事实上,作为当前知识经济时代下,评价企业核心竞争力的关键所在,人才是 保证企业生存和发展的基础。而外部招聘和内部培养,无疑是现阶段最为常见的企业 人才获取途径。相对于外部招聘来说,内部培养不仅风险更小,而且也能够有效保证 企业在任何时候都能顺利获得所需要的人才。所以,如何从企业经营的实际情况出发, 建立健全一套行之有效的员工培养体系,对于企业的经营和发展有着重要的现实意 义,值得我们给予应有的关注和重视。 在本文研究中,选择河北 TIP 公司为研究对象,运用文献分析法、调查法以及案 例分析法,对该公司当前阶段市场经济环境下的员工培训工作基本现状加以针对性的 分析,对其中所客观存在的一系列问题加以讨论,如培训需求无法得到有效满足、培 训课程内容匹配度较低、培训效果不显著等。在对问题出现的主要原因进行了进一步 的分析之后,从培训课程、培训流程、培训支持体系等角度给出了一系列具有较强可 操作性和针对性的优化策略,该部分作为本文研究的重点以及所形成的主要结论,同 时明确了优化的原则、思路。除此之外,为了保证所提出的优化策略得到有效的实施, 本文还从培训氛围的培养、培训经费、培训战略等角度,给出了具体的保障措施。希 望通过本文的研究,可以为河北 TIP 公司员工培训体系的进一步优化,提供一些理论 层面上的支持。 关键词:培训体系;培训课程;培训流程;培训目标河北 TIP 公司员工培训体系优化研究 II Abstract After China's market economy enters the new normal stage, the competition among enterprises gradually turns into the competition for talents. In fact, as the key to evaluate the core competitiveness of enterprises in the current era of knowledge economy, talent is the basis to ensure the survival and development of enterprises. However, external recruitment and internal training are undoubtedly the most common ways to acquire talents. Compared with external recruitment, internal training is not only less risky, but also can effectively ensure that the enterprise can successfully obtain the talents it needs at any time. Therefore, how to establish and perfect a set of effective staff training system based on the actual situation of enterprise management has important practical significance for the operation and development of enterprises, which deserves our due attention and attention. In this paper, the choice of hebei TIP company as the research object, focus on the literature analysis, survey method and qualitative analysis method, the current stage of the company under the environment of market economy the analysis of the basic present situation through targeted training employees, of which objective discussed a series of problems, such as training demand cannot be effectively meet, training course content matching degree is low, no significant effect of training, etc. In the main reason for the problem for the further analysis, from the training courses and training process, training support system is given a series of strong operability and the corresponding optimization strategy, this part as a focus in the study of this paper and the formation of the main conclusion, and clear the optimization principle, train of thought. In addition, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the proposed optimization strategy, this paper also gives specific safeguard measures from the perspective of training atmosphere cultivation, training funds, training strategies and so on. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some theoretical support for the further optimization of the employee training system of Hebei TIP Company.
