随着知识经济时代和经济全球化的到来,企业间的竞争越来越严重,而实践证明企 业的核心竞争力可以通过有效的绩效管理来增强。因此,许多企业向管理要效益,不断 加强内部管理尤其是绩效管理,提升自身竞争能力。绩效管理是企业管理体系的重点, 很多公司在制订及实施绩效管理体系后,由于存在诸多问题,并未达到良好效果。所以 结合企业实际问题对绩效管理进行研究,并提出相应对策,具有重要的现实意义。 本文选取CA公司作为研究对象,遵循问题查找、问题分析、问题解决的思路,首 先对绩效管理国内外相关研究成果进行归纳总结,为全面系统研究CA公司绩效管理提 供了理论依据;其次运用问卷调查、访谈的方式了解CA公司绩效管理的现状,找出其 存在的问题和形成原因;并通过绩效计划制定、绩效考核、绩效督导、绩效反馈沟通、 绩效结果应用5个方面就CA公司绩效管理问题提出解决对策,同时为确保CA公司绩 效管理对策顺利实施提出了相关保障举措。 本文旨在通过对CA公司绩效管理问题进行对策研究,使其更好的服务于CA公司 管理实践,做到对公司工作人员绩效做出公正客观的评价,使绩效管理与公司战略有效 连接,将公司战略目标转化为工作人员日常工作,来实现CA公司战略目标。 关键词:绩效管理;绩效计划;绩效考核;绩效沟通 II Abstract Withthecomingoftheeraofknowledgeeconomyandeconomicglobalization,the competitionamongenterprisesismoreandmoreserious,andthepracticehasprovedthatthe corecompetitivenessofenterprisescanbeenhancedthrougheffectiveperformance management.Therefore,manyenterpriseswantbenefitsfrommanagement,constantly strengtheninternalmanagement,especiallyperformancemanagement,andimprovetheir competitiveness.Performancemanagementisthefocusofenterprisemanagementsystem, manycompaniesintheformulationandimplementationofperformancemanagementsystem, duetomanyproblems,didnotachievegoodresults.Therefore,itisofgreatpractical significancetostudytheperformancemanagementandputforwardthecorresponding countermeasures. ThispaperselectsCAcompanyastheresearchobject,followingtheideasofproblem finding,problemanalysisandproblemsolving.Firstly,itsummarizestherelevantresearch resultsofperformancemanagementathomeandabroad,whichprovidesatheoreticalbasis forthecomprehensiveandsystematicstudyofCAcompany'sperformancemanagement. Secondly,itusesthemethodsofquestionnairesurveyandinterviewtounderstandthecurrent situationofCAcompany'sperformancemanagement,findoutitsexistingproblemsand formationThereasonsareasfollows:throughfiveaspectsofperformanceplanmaking, performanceevaluation,performancesupervision,performancefeedbackcommunicationand performanceresultapplication,thepaperputsforwardsolutionstotheperformance managementproblemsofCAcompany,andputsforwardrelevantsafeguardmeasuresto ensurethesmoothimplementationoftheperformancemanagementcountermeasuresofCA company. ThepurposeofthispaperistostudytheperformancemanagementofCAcompany,to makeitbetterservethemanagementpracticeofCAcompany,tomakeafairandobjective evaluationoftheperformanceofthecompany'sstaff,toeffectivelyconnecttheperformance managementwiththecompany'sstrategy,andtotransformthecompany'sstrategicobjectives III intothedailyworkofthestaff,soastoachievethestrategicobjectivesofCAcompany.
