创新一直是经济发展与社会进步的驱动力量。随着网络信息技术的不断进步与日 趋成熟化的发展,万物搭上了互联网的便车,开放式创新社区就是“创新+互联网”的 融合。开放式创新社区中的在线用户是企业进行产品创新与服务升级的重要资源,其 中用户持续输出高质量的贡献更是企业在激烈的竞争中处于领先地位的利器。然而, 当用户参加开放式创新社区时,用户的参与热情低下,缺乏有价值的贡献等问题变得 越来越突出。虽然目前许多学者对开放式创新社区用户贡献行为影响因素展开了研究, 但却忽略了用户的异质性与用户贡献分布的不均匀性。因此,明确不同类型用户贡献 行为的影响因素并配合有针对性的管理措施对促进企业创新有着重要意义。 本文主要开展了以下研究工作: 首先,论文通过对国内外关于开放式创新社区用户贡献行为影响因素研究的文献 进行梳理,界定并总结了开放式创新社区的概念及特征,对本文中开放式创新社区中 的用户、用户贡献行为等基本概念进行解释,并系统地阐述开放式创新理论、用户创 新理论及复杂适应系统理论。 其次,论文以华为开放式创新社区——花粉俱乐部的在线用户为样本,通过网络 爬虫获取用户在社区中的客观数据,对样本进行聚类分析得到两类用户集群,根据他 们贡献的差异将其命名为普通用户与核心用户,并结合社区调研对这两类用户贡献行 为的特征进行对比分析。 再次,论文参照复杂适应系统理论,并结合普通用户与核心用户贡献行为特征, 分别加入调节变量社区规范感知与自我效能感知,确定了开放式创新社区不同类型用 户贡献行为影响因素理论模型。基于对现有文献的整理,结合本文研究情况,定义了 影响因素模型中各变量的概念,并梳理和剖析它们间的关系,提出本文的研究假设。 然后,论文对开放式创新社区内普通用户与核心用户的贡献行为影响因素进行了 实证分析,利用SPSS和AMOS软件分别对数据质量及研究假设进行验证与分析,发 现开放式创新社区的普通用户与核心用户贡献行为影因素的差异,及社区规范感知和 自我效能感知在两类用户贡献行为影响关系中的调节作用。 最后,论文结合本文研究内容,分别从社区整体、普通用户与核心用户三个角度 提出促进开放式创新社区用户贡献行为的对策与建议。以期能够为开放式创新社区的 运营与用户管理提供借鉴依据。 关键词:开放式创新社区;用户异质性;贡献行为;影响因素 开放式创新社区用户贡献行为影响因素研究 ABSTRACT Innovation has always been the driving force driving economic development and social progress. With the continuous advancement of network information technology and the development of maturity, all things catch the ride of the Internet, and the open innovation community is the integration of "innovation + Internet". Online users in the open innovation community are important resources for enterprises to carry out product innovation and service upgrades. Among them, the continuous output of high-quality contribution by users is a weapon for enterprises to lead in fierce competition. However, when users participate in the open innovation community, users' enthusiasm for participation is low, and the lack of valuable contribution becomes more and more prominent. Although many scholars have conducted research on the factors influencing user contribution behavior in the open innovation community, they have ignored the heterogeneity of users and the uneven distribution of user contribution. Therefore, it is of great significance to clarify the influencing factors of different types of user contribution behavior and cooperate with targeted management measures to promote enterprise innovation. This article mainly carried out the following research work: First of all, the paper combs the domestic and foreign literatures on the research on the influencing factors of user contribution behavior in open innovation communities, the concept and characteristics of the open innovation community are defined and summarized. And explains the concepts of users and user contribution behavior in open innovation community, then systematically elaborate open innovation theory, user innovation, complex adaptive system theory. Secondly, the paper takes the online users of the club of Huawei's open innovation community as samples, and obtains objective data of users in the community through a web crawler. Cluster analysis of community online users samples yields two different user clusters. Then, the user groups are named as ordinary users and core users from the dimensions of users’ contribution, and combined with community research, the characteristics of these two types of user contribution behaviors are compared and analyzed. Then, this article conducts an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of the contribution behavior of ordinary users and core users in the open innovation community. SPSS and AMOS software were used to verify and analyze the data quality and research hypotheses. It was found that the difference between the common users and core users contribution behavior factors in the open innovation community, and the moderating role of community norm perception and self-efficacy perception in the relationship between the two types of user contribution behavior. Finally, combining with the research of this article this article,From the perspective of the community as a whole, ordinary users and core users, the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the contribution behavior of users in open innovation communities are proposed.
