随着中国经济的高速发展,互联网技术和应用快速发展,新技术、新业务 层出不穷,快速满足用户的业务需求,向用户提供诸如云计算、大数据分析等 领域的新兴业务成为可能。数据中心是提供承载业务服务器的数据中心。风云 公司数据中心业务起步较晚,迫切需要开展对数据中心业务营销战略的研究。 本文分析了国际、国内的数据中心市场发展形势,从宏观环境、行业环境、 竞争环境等方面分析了风云公司数据中心业务的外部环境及面临的机会与威胁; 从资源状况、能力现状等方面分析风云公司数据中心业务内部环境及其优势与 劣势;在对风云公司数据中心业务的现有营销规划进行梳理,同时对风云公司 数据中心业务营销战略提出建议。 文章运用战略管理的理念,结合SPT、SWOT、QSPM等理论,釆用文献 研究和实证调查相结合的方法,确定了风云公司的市场营销战略,提出了营销 战略的实施和控制。 关键词:深圳,数据中心,营销战略,市场定位 MBA学位论文 作者:马振兴 深圳风云公司数据中心市场营销战略研究 II STUDY ON THE MARKETING STRATEGY OF SHENZHEN FENGYUN CO., LTD’S DATA CENTER Abstract With the rapid development of China's economy, the Internet technology and its massive applications, new businesses and technologies are emerging in an endless stream. How to quickly meet users' business needs and how to provide users with such demands as cloud computing, big data analysis and etc have become fairly possible in the field. A data center is somewhere that provides service servers and is the basis for providing the above services. A pity that Fengyun 's data center business started a little late, and therefore they urgently need to carry out research & adjustment on business marketing strategies in a timely manner. This article analyzes the market situation of international and domestic data centers. It also analyzes the external development environment and opportunities & threats faced by Fengyun's data center business through three aspects: the macro environment, industry environment and competitive environment. Furthermore, it analyzes the internal environment of Fengyun's data center business and its advantages & disadvantages from the view of resource and capacity status. Last but not least, while sorting out the current marketing status of Fengyun's data center business, the report also makes recommendations to marketing strategy for review and reinforce. The report uses the concept of strategic management combined with SPT, SWOT, QSPM and other theories, and come up the proposal marketing strategy for Fengyun Co., Ltd with a combination tool of literature research and empirical investigation, and finally proposes the implementation and control of marketing strategy.
