近年来,有着“化工之母”美誉的纯碱在快速发展,引领着中国工业发展水 平不断突破,然而生产能力的大幅扩张使我国纯碱行业步入产能过剩的困境,竞 争态势日趋激烈。随着国家宏观调控力度的不断加大以及环保政策的严格要求, 纯碱行业很可能面临重新洗牌。当前中国纯碱工艺是由天然碱法、氨碱法和联碱 法三种方法并存。其中天然碱法独特的低成本、质量优、环境利好的优势,更加 顺应行业发展趋势,未来天然碱企业将会粉墨登场,为进一步优化纯碱产业结构 做出巨大贡献。内蒙古远兴能源股份有限公司是我国目前唯一一家天然碱生产企 业,责任重大,其发展战略和竞争战略的探究分析对纯碱行业来说意义深远。 本文以内蒙古远兴能源股份有限公司为对象,在描述公司现状的基础上,剖 析提炼出该公司天然碱业务发展中存在的问题;借助PEST模型、五种竞争力分析 工具,对公司所处的宏观环境、行业环境进行分析,得出其所面临的机遇与威胁, 并运用比较分析法对公司内部的资源、能力条件给予充分分析,比较其竞争优势 与劣势;综合运用SWOT分析工具,研究得出内蒙古远兴能源股份有限公司天然碱 业务的竞争战略,即以成本领先为主、差异化为辅的组合竞争战略;最后,从科 技创新、人力资源、文化品牌和信息化建设等方面提出与之相适应的战略实施保 障举措。 通过本文研究,以期为内蒙古远兴能源股份有限公司天然碱业务的竞争战略 决策提供参考,使企业进一步提升行业竞争地位。同时对纯碱市场结构优化、实 现可持续绿色发展提供一定的借鉴。 关键词:天然碱业务,纯碱行业,竞争战略,远兴能源公司 II Abstract In recent years, soda ash, known as the "mother of chemical industry", has been developing rapidly, leading China's industrial development level to continuously break through. However, with the rapid expansion of production capacity, China's soda ash industry has stepped into the dilemma of overcapacity, and the competition has become increasingly fierce. With the strict macro-control and environmental protection policy, soda ash industry is likely to face a reshuffle. At present, the soda ash process in China consists of three methods: natural alkali method, ammonia alkali method and combined alkali method. Among them, the natural alkali method has the unique advantages of low cost, high quality and favorable environment, which comply with the development trend of the industry. Trona enterprises will come on stage and make great contributions to the further optimization of soda ash industry structure in the future. Inner Mongolia Yuan Xing Energy Company Limited is the only trona production enterprise in China, which has a great responsibility of industry development. The exploration, analysis of its development strategy and competitive strategy are of far-reaching significance to the soda ash industry. In this paper, we take Inner Mongolia Yuan Xing Energy Company Limited as the object to find and analyze existing problems in the development of trona business of the Company based on the description of the current situation of the Company. The macro environment and industry environment of the enterprise are analyzed by using PEST tool and five competitive power analysis models, and the opportunities and threats are obtained. The comparative analysis method is used to fully analyze the internal resources and capabilities of the company, and then compare its competitive advantages and disadvantages. The competitive strategy of Inner Mongolia Yuan Xing Energy Company Limited trona business is concluded through the comprehensive application of SWOT analysis tools, that is, the combined competitive strategy with cost leading as the main and differentiation as the auxiliary. Finally, the measurement will be concluded from the scientific innovation, human resources, cultural brand and information construction. Through the research in this paper, it is expected to provide reference to enhance III the competitive position in the industry, with the study of the competitive strategic decision of Inner Mongolia Yuan Xing Energy Company Limited trona business.At the same time, it provides some reference for soda ash market structure optimization and sustainable green development.
